Everyone who we spoke to and met from Glass Castle was so friendly , super prompt and extremely professional. From first contact on the phone to having the measurements taken to installation. The door is so gorgeous and functional, we have people thinking go renovating, coming over just to see ii! They also cut 3 mirrors for us and never tried to oversell us on making anything more ornate than I initially thought I wanted. We had to have them custom cut b/c of outlets in our walls and they made it so easy and reasonable.

I would highly recommend this company. I went to the Lawrenceville location to receive an estimate for a shower door replacement about a year ago and they were very friendly and helpful and provided a rough estimate of what it would cost.
Finally, when I was ready to get the work done I was able to make the appointment for someone to come out and take actual measurements very quickly. Chris Kingsland was a pleasure to speak with on the phone about my concerns. He was very patient and answered all of my many questions. 
The person who came to take measurements was on time and wore booties on my white carpet.Very respectful. 
On the day of installation, Mike and Chris were on time and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the finished product. I was very pleased will the quality of the work that was performed. Even though I just changed the shower door, my bathroom looks much larger and newer.
On a side note, I also received an estimate from another company that was $500 more than what they charged me.

Glass Castle sent installers to our home to size and template the arched window that was broken.

Glass Castle gave us a quote. Once we approved the quote, they began work immediately to create the new window.

When installers returned to install the window, they were knowledgeable, very friendly, efficient and neat.

The installers (Mark and Mike) made sure we were pleased with the installation and clean-up before they left.

Will definitely use Glass Castle again!

He took the measurements and came back with a perfect window and installed it. His price (I thought) was too good to be true compared to estimates I had previously received. I went with this company because the principal was very articulate and informative and I knew from our conversation that he knew what he was talking about.

They knew what we needed because we explained what we needed. We took the old mirror in and they said that they would give us a new one. They did it and it worked and we were happy with it.
