After we had our HVAC system installed our original contractor bailed, so we called Coleman to ask them to recommend someone to service our system. They recommended All-Temp. Things started quite well. Jon Cavalleri came out, found that my system lacked enough coolant. He filled it (it had already been filled twice before in the previous season!) and he suggested that if it leaked out he would then checks for leaks. We also found out that my original contractor did not register any of my equipment for warranty and one of my electronic filters was damaged. So Jon said he would check into that and get back to me. Well, that was two years ago folks. Fast forward to 2015 and no word about the warranty, my elect on if air filter is still damaged and sits there, off, doing nothing. His people have come back in 2014 and 2015 to refill the coolant in this HVAC but forget about checking for leaks. For awhile it seemed as though they simply wanted the easy money of refilling my system instead of fixing it. However, now the AC cannot cool any longer, again, and would need to be refilled for the SECOND time this season, but we have been trying to contact him and his company for nearly a month. At this poin my wife and I have had enough. In spite of having been recommended by Coleman, I personally find little that I would recommend about his business. I will be searching for a new company to maintain my HVAC system and I suggest you do the same if you have to deal with this company.

All-Temp came out by an emergency call the day after a snowstorm because our furnace was not cycling on. They were able to get it working again. Then we called again after a snowstorm because it was not firing. They were responsive, knowledgeable and professional. They gave us options to get us through the winter but were honest about the state of our furnace.
