Accurate Tree Service

Be aware! The company owner allured with cheaper price than competitors, insisted on getting paid upfront before finishing the job, and once paid , he ran away, he kept promising to come back and came with many excuses while his heavy trucks were left on the property for weeks damaging the lawn. Once he picked up the truck, he never answered . It cost me more to make the repair. So please do not be fooled by this company and it’s owner Geno.

The job went great! It was accomplished  in a very short period of time, and the other two follow teams were prompt and thorough.  This is the second time I have used this service and I would (and have) highly recommend them. 

Service was very good.  Gino and his team are very knowledgeable about the trees and the needs of the trees to keep them healthy.  His team did a professional job, they were punctual and friendly.  They took pride in their work and were very interested in making sure that we were satisfied with the work.  We were very pleased and will be working with Gino again (he will be coming back to fertilize some of the trees and perhaps plant new trees in the spring.).

They were personable, responsive, did solid work, and kept clean.
Geno / Accurate gave a very fair quote, showed proof of insurance, showed up when they
were scheduled to, did what was contracted, was careful with the lawn, and cleaned
up afterwards. 
You can not ask for much more than a fair price, good work, and keeping clean; I would (and will)
use these guys again!

Great for taking a tree down but not good on stump grinding or debris removal. Always an excuse about a vehicle or equipment.

The trees fell as a result of a big storm. I had called six tree services for estimates and none had shown up. A township truck was going through the neighborhood assessing damage. I asked them if they knew any tree services that might be more responsive. They gave me the phone number for Accurate Tree Service. I called and they came within 1 hour to give an estimate. They promised to be there the next day @ 7:00AM to take down the trees. They showed up at 7:30 and were finished within 1 hour. They had also promised to grind the stumps. The owner indicated he would be back on that Saturday to grind them. They didn't show up, nor the next week. I called and was told they had to install the grinder on the truck. I called the following week and was told the truck had transmission problems and they would be out as soon as it was fixed. When I called again, there was no answer and their VM was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. When I did get him a week later, he told me there was a death in the family, and that he would be out that week. I have now given up and told him to NOT return, even though I paid for the grinding already.

He had an excuse to delay for the first time, as my neighbor was out of town and needed to remove part of a fence. I called him back to let him know the fence was moved. I called several times. I left him a message telling him I was going to report him to the BBB. He didn't seem to care.

He did half the job, asked to be paid, then never returned (tried to reach him for a month).
