I called the store regarding a ladder that was on sale for Black Friday. They had 1 left. I asked if they could hold it for me and they did. This may not seem to be a big deal. However, I did the same thing with another Home Depot and when I got there they had no ladder for me.

They were expensive. They were the highest quote by $6,000. The good thing was that he came with an ipad and had a whole still presentation and all that. So, that was the good part. We have gone to a few other persons at that point and we were just blown away with $20,000. He tried to sell us on like a credit card payment plan loan program which we were just not interested in. I am sure they would have done a fine job, but I would never have contracted them for the job because they were so expensive; so much more expensive than anyone else we have spoken to.  They came out fairly quick. They were here on time. I would probably not use them in the future.

THE GENTLEMAN WHO CAME OUT & MEASURED EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME THOROUGHLY & CLEARLY. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN SCHEDULED BOTH FOR THE MEASUREMENT & INSTALLATION. IT IS HARD TO THE OPEN SCREEN & HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE.

THE SALESPERSON SPENT A LOT OF TIME WITH US. SHE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, & EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCES IN THE CARPETS & HOW TO TELL FROM LOOKING AT THE TAG ON THE BACK WHAT GRADE OF CARPET IT WAS.

I have had many jobs done from Home Depot & have been very satisfied. I would hire & purchase any home service from this store. This service was subcontracted out.

AFTER WAITING FOR A FEW WEEKS, I CALLED THEM TO SET UP A TIME AND THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. I CALLED THEM 3 TIMES TO GET THE STORM DOOR INSTALLED. FINALLY, I JUST CANCELLED THE INSTALLATION. THEY DID CHARGE THE DEPOSIT OF $25 ON MY CREDIT CARD AND NOW I HAVE TO GET THAT BACK.
