I had an emergency sewer back-up (on a weekend). After calling 8 plumbers, they were the only plumbing company that had same-day emergency service. The plumber (Jim, I believe) was excellent! He was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done very quickly. If I ever need a plumber again, I will use them..

Work was completed; however the plumber charged way to much for a 45 minute job. Total cost was$535.00. I was having guests that night and I had no choice other than get the bathroom fixed. I would not recommend this outfit to anyone.

I called WR Boomer and they gave me an estimate which was reasonable. I was having a stand-up shower installed and needed the pipes and shower drain moved. They came out and were on time, professional and clean.The cost came out to be cheaper then what I was quoted which saved me money! I was VERY happy with them and WILL be using them again seeing that I am remodeling my home and will be in need of a good reliable and HONEST plumber!! I HIGHLY recommend them!

They did ok. I asked for estimates on couple other plumbing issues. They were unresponsive and they blew us off. I guess that is a warning enough not to hire unresponsive contractors. I wouldn't hire a contractor like that.

I thought I needed an entirely new faucet. The repairman told me that the only issue I had was sediment in the faucet. He flushed the sediment out and put the faucet back together and it is as good as new. I did not have cash in the house and offered to write him a tip by check made out to cash and he told me that it was unnecessary as he was doing his job.
I really appreciate the honesty displayed by this repairman. I would trust them for any future jobs I have and intend to use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

However, within less than 6 months, the downstairs toilet's flap broke. After several phone calls back and forth, they agreed to come back and replace the flap - which should have lasted longer than 5+ months! But when the repairman arrived, he spent a good deal of time trying to talk us into gutting the toilet tank and replacing all the insides! So not sure if this company was trying a bait and switch, but it made us very uncomfortable that they tried to get us to buy a much more expensive procedure while replacing a cheap flap they installed. Well, here we are less than a year out and the upstairs toilet's flap has not only become non-functional, but it was such a cheap product that it has actually started to disintegrate. And no, I won't be calling them back to fix it -- I will be getting another plumber who will use better quality product. Thank you.

The $39.00 check up is part of Angie's List offer, which we participated in. We did many of these offers. We checked our records and as of this date you were the first to have a bad experience with the flappers that we install. The flapper is of the same quality that we install on all of our toilet repair jobs. There are many reasons that the toilet continued to leak; form a bad flush valve to chemical that may have been put in the tank for cleaning the bowl. I thank you for bringing this issue to my attention and I will pursue it with my technicians to prevent it from happening again. But, since your experience with us was a negative one I will refund you the money you paid. Sincerely, Wayne Bommer"
