Was a scam artist. Beware. I can't be the only unsatisfied customer. Unless I was the only customer he had. Very unprofessional. Never came when he was supposed to. Never called to say he wasn't coming. Just wouldn't show up. Ordered a cover for a few thousand dollars in blue- signed a contract and we received green. Heater guts exposed to the element because he took out the screws for the panels because- "it was just easier to not have to take them out to service it". Just had a pentair rep come to see what the issue was and he informed me that whoever worked on the heater - and that was just Brian- broke a piece and used epoxy to repair without telling us. Then he dangerously bi-passed the security setting which made it very dangerous to run!!! Left us hanging all last summer- giving us the run around. Telling us he was there to fix and he wasn't. Also sent out an un-qualified employee to service heater and the tech told me he was not qualified to do so. His favorite tool of choice- A can of coke. He would use that to soak the corrosion off of the parts in my heater. Steer clear.
