Stephen is responsive, professional and knows his stuff.  I am a slow decision maker when it comes to contractors.  He was patient and answered all my question which were continous.  He is fair, honest and does good quality work.  I would recommend him to anyone.  In fact I am having him come back in a week and a half to do a 2,000 crawl space mold problem.  I will let you know how that project goes, however, I am confident things will go smoothly.  I have faith in Stephen and you should too.

Arrived on time. Work took one day.  Very pleasant to deal with.  Cleaned up all debris.  Rich did not do a "quick fix".  He actually did an assessment based on his experience and my description of the problem.  Stands behind his work.  Entire crew was very professional.
