This is the second time we have used Rowland and the team at Dwell Renovations. We built a full addition for my mother in law. Kitchen, living room, bath, bedroom. We couldn’t be happier with how it came out and my MIL is unbelievably pleased. Rowland and all of the contractors, electricians, plumbers and tile folks treated the job like they were working on their own homes. They were patient with our hundreds of questions and requests. Rowland kept us in the loop every step of the way and met , or beat, every timeline. He always had great advice and a keen eye for the details.

Dwell was a pleasure to work with, Austin is patient and complete in explaining the options for material and the process for replacing the roof. Rowland and Austin both came by to see how things were going and to touch base with me to make sure all was going as expected. The crew was careful and neat. I didn't need to do a thing. When the supplier was late and then had issues with delivery, they had the experience to offer alternatives - no drama! I definitely recommend them for their professional approach, excellent service, and project result.

Thank you to Rowland, Kevin and Dave at Dwell Renovations for my kitchen redo. After 20 years my kitchen was in need of a facelift. These guys did a great job making it look sparkly and new. Rowland did an excellent job of presenting me with options and making suggestions to improve the space. The new larger island is a baker's dream. Dave and Kevin did a wonderful job installing everything and painting. They were very conscientious about time and neatness too. I would definitely recommend them for future work.

Excellent!!  Contractor was extremely responsive and involved every step of the way from beginning to end.  From our first meeting with him he listened and understood what we liked and didn't like in choosing the cabinets and materials for the job and gave us a lot of sound advice and good ideas.  He was also flexible to work with -- we decided to use another contractor we knew to purchase and install the floor.  The coordination between contractors was very smooth and we never felt any push-back because we sub-contracted the floor to another company.
The lead installer was great, as well as every other worker that handled parts of the project.  Everyone was professional and knowledgeable about their trades and truly worked together like a team.  It was very pleasant having them all in our home, despite the obvious inconvenience of being displaced during construction (we were at home through the entire project).
In addition, the job was completed 2 days ahead of schedule!  We were originally told to expect 3 weeks. The kitchen looks beautiful and exceeded my expectations!
