I would like to say that the whole experience was very pleasant! Being new to renovation, my husband and I started with one bathroom and decided to do the other bathroom right after. All the questions we had, and we had a lot, were answered! They told and showed us exactly what they were going to do! The people they have working for them are very courteous and knowledgeable! I will be calling them again for our next project! Thank you Dwell Renovations you made me very happy!

They remodeled basement. Put up vinyl siding. New deck, gutters . They are very professional and knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Our home looks beutiful. They go above and beyond to make you happy. We highly recommend them for anything you need done. We will definitely contact them for anything needed done in future.

Our home renovation project with Dwell Renovations, consisting of a 350sqft. 4 season sunroom, 800sqft deck, full 1st floor bath and laundry room was conceived in the middle of the challenging COVID pandemic. Though supplies were limited and lead times longer than usual as we headed into the winter months, the project was completed within 6 weeks of the estimated completion date. Dwell s principle, Rowland, provided design ideas, choice of materials along with a phase-by-phase breakdown of the project and estimates of when certain milestones would be met. Rowland was in regular contact with us notifying us supply deliveries, status of required permits (he established a good working relationship with my town), and an almost daily check in on the progress of the project. The overall quality of the work performed by the Dwell team was top shelf. From construction to electrical, to plumbing and HVAC work, all aspects of the project were done to our satisfaction. Dwell even provided architectural services as well helping to visualize what certain design ideas would look like. Though some adjustments were needed to be made, they were few and Dwell was quick to resolve any issues, standing behind the work of their team. I m not one to provide recommendations, however in this rare instance I ll give credit were due. Dwell Renovations proved to be a quality contracting service with a competent team of tradesmen. I highly recommend Dwell Renovations would consider them for our future projects.

we needed to add an in-law suite for my mother in-law who was moving to NJ from Florida. Rowland delivered what he promised and more. We are very pleased with the end result, the addition is spacious, well built and it was done according to schedule. Rowlandâ s crew was always professional and communicated every step of the way. We hired Dwell Renovations to build a master suite addition on our home. Rowland was very responsive and always prompt. The project got started very quickly and we felt he was extremely fair in his pricing. All of the sub contractors that came to our home were polite and knowledgeable. While this project did take longer than anticipated (4.5 months as opposed to the 3 months we were quoted), the work that was completed was of exceptional quality. Overall, we were very happy with our experience working with Dwell Renovations and would recommend them highly.

Dwell went out their way to obtain the desired roofing material , then scheduled the work for a Sunday. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Will definitely use them for future projects.

We would highly recommend Dwell Renovations. We had a very large additional added to our home and we gutted our existing kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with our final product! Every detail was taken care of. If we had an issue (which rarely happened) it was taken care of quickly. Communication was constant. Rowland handled everything from the ground up. We are extremely happy we chose Dwell for our project.

I would recommend Dwell Renovations to everyone! Our project included remodeling our kitchen and taking down a weight bearing wall to increase our kitchen space. We had custom crown mounding installed as well. We also had our bathroom remodeled. Rowland and his team were totally professional, on time and the work was completed in a timely manner. He also replaced our roof because of a leak we noticed upstairs while the kitchen was being remodeled. I will have Rowland and his team back for all future projects in our home!

I had my house renovated and the outcome was well above my expectations. The transformation from before my renovation to now was remarkable. Roland came up with the redesign of our kitchen and also a design for our new bathroom he did an awesome job on both designs we couldn't be more happier. Roland kept us inform every step of the way. He was very professional and helpful . In fact we are going to eventually renovate our sun room and make it an all season room. We had our kitchen remodeled with all new cabinets, countertops and lighting. Rowland worked closely with us to provide a workable design. His crew, Kevin and Dave, were skilled and easy to work with. They kept us informed of their progress and next steps each and every day. They completed the job as planned and on time and we couldn't be happier with the results.

This is the second project Dwell has done for us. Each job was outstanding! They do exactly what you ask as well as give you their expert opinions about what would work. Remodeled our bathroom and it is just beautiful. The crew were so neat and there was never anything to clean up, they did it all. So customer service oriented and professional. Living Room - Remodel I used Dwell for several projects done together. We opened up the wall between our formal dining room and kitchen eating area, and put in glass barn doors. We added built-ins to our family room. We finished off our mudroom. We added shelves in the laundry room, and put up a tile backsplash in the kitchen. All the work was of the very highest quality, and done very meticulously. Ask for Tim Kovak if available; he is in very high demand. We ended up rehiring them for a larger job (finishing an attic). Attic - Remodel Dwell Renovations does very high quality work. They are not super fast, but they are very meticulous. The owner Roland Pascoe stays on top of everything and does not nickle and dime you over minor changes. Ask for his guy Tim Kovak if you can get him, but he is in very high demand.

They were extremely cooperative, flexible and polite. They were also amazingly creative in helping us come up with ideas. I love showing off the work they did to my home and everyone says they did a wonderful job, I would definitely work with them again

Reliable, punctual and very happy to please their customers Our project is now complete. Our kitchen was changed from an old outdated kitchen to a beautiful, modern , functional kitchen. Rowland made certain everything was done perfectly. Matt and Joel were outstanding too. Can't say enough good things about this company and there work. So glad we found them. We were looking for someone to redo our kitchen and living room. Not knowing who to get, I went on Home Advisor. After reading many recommendations, I emailed Dwell. Roland called me back within half an hour and we set up an appointment. In the process of reaching a contract agreement, Roland came every time we called him and was always on time. During this time he had some very good ideas that made this renovation turn out better. He started our job when he said he would and finished when he said he would. His ENTIRE CREW was exceptional. They all tried to make the job go easy for us. If I need any work done on my home, Roland will be doing the work. Thanks for a job well done.
