I had a costly and horrible experience.  Ater a dozen visits and multiple new parts my heat was still no functioning properly.  I spent an uncomfortable month either freezing or sweating in my home because they didn't know how to fix the problem. As I stated above. I called a new company and the problem was fixed in 25 minutes with no new parts.

After using other oil companies to clean my furnace I tried this company. I called this company and was greeted by the owner himself and not an answering machine. He quoted me a price on the phone and a time to perform the service. He provided a 2 hour window to come by on a saturday morning. Showed up on time. He took the time to go over my system throughly and showed me what the other companies failed to perform during their routine service on my oil burner. His price was very competitive, he cleaned up when he departed my home. He showed a dedication to customer service and provided an Emergency cell number to get in touch with him ANYTIME. Critical if your boiler goes down during the winter.
