He was able to work with me long-distance & get everything properly repaired & permitted before our closing. Really a huge weight off our family during a stressful time.

Bill was very personable and knowledgable of his services. He worked with me on this challenging project due to no fault of his own (it was the town!). The quality of his work was top notch, and for a reasonable price.Furthermore, the engineer of the system commented on how precise Bill was with the installation.

I was selling my deceased brother’s property in Jefferson Twp. and inspections revealed that the Septic System had failed and required total replacement. Being out of state, I turned to Agni’s List to find a good contractor and was very fortunate to be introduced to William Farley Septic Service. Bill Farley indeed proved to be an outstanding one-stop service. He reviewed the inspection reports, visited the site, arranged for the replacement system design, obtained all necessary permits and undertook the actual construction in a timely and professional manner. These were not easy tasks as there was a need to address well proximity constraints, the hilly nature of a tree covered property and the adjacency of the Rockaway River. During the entire the process Bill kept me aware of his progress and next steps. Also, when I called Bill with a question, he always answered the phone personally which was most appreciated. Finally, Bill quoted a price for the Septic System in the very beginning of the process which he stay with in spite of additional treatment equipment being required by the Township, and unanticipated, buried structures encountered in construction. The system was completed on time and met all Township final inspection requirements. Bill has proved to be the absolute best in his field. If some one needs a Septic System replaced, William Farley Septic Service is in my view the first company to go to.

Bill is a nice enough guy but he is elderly & had only one other worker( 65) help him. Quoted job would be done in three weeks while it took seven weeks. They would never work full days & often leave after only 3-4 hrs! I hired him because he was a Veteran,as most of my family were. The septic was inspected & passed but he installed the leech ports crooked, the filter crooked and they left gravel & huge rocks behind covered in hay. They did bring in 3 excellent laborers for a day to rake but I was not home part of that day & when I returned the whole property 3/4 acre I was told was seeded & covered in hay. We recently had a landscaper give us a price to restore the yard and it was close to 10k! To be fare we could not afford Bills price of 1000 a load for top soil as I would need about ten loads & being on disability pensions my wife & I were pressed to even pay the 40k the job cost. Anyways I really think Bill tried his best but he’s just not up to the demands of current daily work this kind of job entails anymore or maybe he just didn’t care for me making suggestions about how I wanted my property to be restored to the way it was. My front lawn& driveway are a mess that like I said will cost another ten thousand to restore.

William Farley went above and beyond for us.He was generous with our finances because the project costed more than originally estimated. He was more than willing to work with us.And him being a vet.If you are a brother or sister in arms he's your guy.

Saturday night during Thanksgiving weekend is when my septic was backing up into my basement. Sunday morning I had called about a dozen companies. By Monday I was still searching the internet trying to find someone when I came upon William Farley Septic Service 5 star reviews. I was shocked when I called and he actually answered the phone, because I was doing nothing but leaving messages and waiting for people to call me back. After I told him what happened he took care of everything. Next morning they showed up to resolve my issues. My septic and hot water was back to normal by lunchtime on Wednesday. He was professional, efficient and respectful of my property. I would highly recommend him and use him for any future related services. In this day and age it is so hard to find businesses and contractors. He is a 10 star rating in my book!

Everything that could go wrong with this sale (of our house) DID!!! Bill Farley was the wonderful exception. He is a maestro of the excavator. 100% recommend. Our Buyer's agent failed the system (Presby) as it is an advanced system, and they did not understand it. This was Bill's first call-back on a septic system. He came and met with another inspector, and explained the advanced features of our system, and videoscoped the system with the inspectors. It then passed a 2 hour hydrostatic test. Bill stayed the entire time. If you're still reading. Since our original system was installed (1984), parts of our property are now considered wetlands. Bill was able to deal with Town, County and State Red Tape, and had all variances approved and certified as well! I'm sorry, but I can't help myself, Bill Farley is #1 in a #2 business!

Bill is very knowledgeable and great to work with. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and stuck with the price range he originally quoted even though it was a complicated job in a small lot.
