've met with many contractors over the course of the construction of my house. Thus far, John Lloyd has been the most professional, polite, and responsive. It was a pleasure dealing with him. The workmanship was great. He eagerly addressed any concerns that I raised, and his crew cleaned up after themselves. I would certain recommend him.

He scheduled me very quickly because he knew I was in a rush to have the work completed. His crew arrived and literally draped my house in tarps to keep the debris off my property. They found 8 pieces of plywood that were rotten and had to be replaced. The entire roof was mostly completed in a single day. The crew came back a couple of days later to finish the job. The roof looks beautiful and they did a very good job with the cleanup.

John and his crew put a new roof on in one day. A few days later another set of crew members put on new gutters in a couple of hours. John returned a few days after that to put vents on. If he was going to be delayed due to the weather etc., he called and indicated what the plan was. He was professional and unbundled the price on various aspects of the job so there was no guesswork. We were referred to him by our next door neighbor who also had a roof put on last year. The process did not disrupt our activities and the end product looks great.

Lloy'd did a great job. He was very nice and professional. I was not shocked on the price so it was good for me.
