Work performed to my satisfaction at a reasonable cost. I described 4 minor jobs to Rich on the phone and he gave me an "ballpark" quote during our call. He had about a 1 - 2 week lead time so I schedule a date/time for him to come to my house. Showed up on time, completed the work in about an hour at a lower cost then quoted.. Rich was courteous and professional. I would hire again if I have another plumbing job

I had an estimate prior to the install and was quoted two options, the most expensive being 150. After the job was completed I received an invoice for 660! I was then told the 150 was just for the part, this was never discussed before committing to the job. I feel taken advantage of and would never recommend this company.

Burnet Plumbing was really responsive and very responsible! We had a leak and didn't know where it was coming from but he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, find out where it was coming from and it was fixed that day! They are my go to plumbing company!

While we were on vacation, our water heater "sprung a leak" and caused severe water damage to our finished basement. We needed a water heater installed, and contacted Rich. He made sure to get to us quickly (as we had a baby in the home and couldn't be without warm water) and steered us in the right direction as far as other repairs we needed. He was courteous and efficient. We will definitely use him for any other plumbing needs.

Excellent. Very courteous and professional. The work was done very fast and we had our hot water back in no time. Rich came in to a big mess and assessed the situation. Replaced the tank and left everything all cleaned up. He kept in touch throughout the job and was up front with the pricing.
