They came and solved the problem. It was for a very short time. They were good. The person who came out was very, very nice. There was no charge for the second visit. They were just as good as the first time around, no questions asked. They came out, no charge. Same person, I requested the same person. No problems getting it scheduled again. Except the second time around, I had to wait about three weeks because it wasn't the highest priority on their end, and it was something that wasn't an emergency. The first time around was different because birds were starting to build a nest, and they came out right away. I caught them right before their season started, so my timing was good. The second time, it took about three weeks from the time I called them until the time they came out. But they came out as promised, in the time frame as promised. They were very punctual both times. They were very punctual, very professional, and I would recommend them very highly. They can improve nothing. They did exactly what I needed them to do. They were very reasonable in price. I was very happy with them.

Great! The technician was here within in the time frame given. He was courteous and professional. He explained everything clearly, asked me if I had questions etc. I have had them back twice and have the quarterly service. ( they will co,e back in between scheduled services if you feel you need them)

I have been using this company since 2006 and they have never let me down. If I had any issue come up in between services I would call them and they were there very quickly and always worker around my schedule.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had raccoons in the attic that needed to be removed. The girls in the office were very pleasant to deal with.  The estimate and contract negotiations were done with Richard Chiarella. The estimate stated 5 days trapping for the price and I encountered some resistance to putting the costs in writing if the trapping took longer than 5 days. As advised and experienced over the years, it is both smart and necessary to obtain full contract costs in writing. When I received the revised contract, it contained the cost for an additional week but again did not include the cost if trapping took 6,7 or 8 days. I decided to proceed anyway because the raccoons were still in the attic while days were passing with the contract issue. I notified the office that I accepted the terms and my credit card number was taken as that is the method of payment I chose.  The mother raccoon was trapped the first night (6/25/15) and removed the next day (6/26/15). Richard Chiarella advised he would keep the mother in a pen at his office. He was unable to locate the babies in the attic. We asked him to hold on to the mother because we were trying to locate the babies ourselves. We did locate 2 baby raccoons and it took ripping up part of a bathroom tile floor and cutting through sheetrock in the bathroom. We did this in an effort to keep the family together as Rich was going to release them all together somewhere. On 6/28/15, Rich texted me that he had to let the mother go because he could not keep her penned up any longer. He did not even call first to see if we had the babies in hand which we did. I texted him back that that was unfortunate since we had the babies and they were still alive. Rich returned to remove his traps and close up the entrance to the attic that he located and identified as the point of entry. Since he had already let the mother go, we did not trust he would do the right thing for the baby raccoons so we personally located a wildlife rehabilitator who took them. When all was said and done, I received a bill for the full amount of the job and I had to contact the office and remind them that they had my credit card on file for payment. While the work was done and the office was pleasant to deal with, the price seemed a little high for the amount of work that was performed and we did not like how the mother was released without notice prior to getting the babies out. This review is true and accurate regardless of the providers rebuttal and is done without malice to Richard Chiarella or Accurate Pest Control. I am providing the facts as they occurred so the next customer can make an informed decision on their animal control issue.

It went very well for everything, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Rich came out a week ago to look at the house and determine the treatment we needed. after the survey he explained exactly what his company would do. He also gave us a backround of himself and the company. When he gave us the cost I asked for and got a 10% discount for senior citizens. Before he left he told us to call the office and set up an appt. Tony showed up today right on time.He treated inside and out explaining everything as he was working he was here over an hour and did a super job. They come back in two weeks for a follow up which was included in the price. This is a super company with super workers

We called the company and the person who took our call was courteous and kind, she had someone scheduled to come to our home the next day. The technician Lou came promptly as per our appointment, and was very courteous. He wore booties inside our home, which was very thoughtful, as we have cream carpet and do not wear shoes inside our home ourselves.

Here was our problem: We heard a chewing/crackling sound above our bedroom ceiling and it was getting worse after 7 days.  So loud and disturbing, that we could no longer sleep in our bedroom. The sound was incessant and localized to one area. We had put mouse/rat traps ourselves in the attic, but nothing was found in the traps. We advised Lou of this. Lou saw the bees outside entering the soffit under the shingles. He asked us to describe the sound we were hearing, and also wanted to hear it himself. He immediately concluded that the sound was bees. Lou ?dusted? for bees, and within 10 hours after this first application, the chewing/crackling sounds have greatly diminished and are very faint or non-existent at this time. This is a good thing, as the dust is killing the bee hive. Thank goodness we called the right exterminator to treat this, before the bee hive exponentially increased in size, which would have eventually come through the ceiling.

Lou was so knowledgeable and resolved our problem right away. He clearly explained their service plans, and answered all our questions about the service pllans and our problem for which we called.

I WILL definitely use their services again and HIGHLY recommend this company. What a great experience!

We use Lou, he is an excellent  technician!  We have also had Anthony - who is also excellent. Clean and nice - will take an extra look for you and often notice things you do not.

They were very good. We're going to schedule them to come back soon. My wife had deal with them and she said they were good, it was very nice. We would definitely recommend them. They seemed knowledgeable. They show you exactly what you have and they have these tapes. They show you exactly what they're going to do so everything is clear. They came on time.

Responded very quickly to our request for help with suspected pest problem in our home. The office people we spoke with on the phone were very friendly and helpful. Two technicians arrived the very next day to assess the situation. They were very professional, were very careful not to track dirt into house or cause any damage. Extremely thorough inspection of house from basement to attic and garage. Very clearly explained their findings and offered a choice of a "one time problem" solution or a 12-month overall pest-control plan. What was covered by each was made very clear and the services, guarantees, pricing, etc., was very clearly explained. They very patiently answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Nothing remotely approaching a "hard sell" or any sort of "upsell" happened. No pressure to sign anything or to pay anything "right now". After the technicians left we decided on the yearly plan. No payment of any sort was asked for until the actual initial services began. The next day a technician was here prepared to attack the immediate pest problem that had lead to our calling them. He only knew that we had decided to proceed with that, carefully went about his business, explained the plan to deal with the immediate problem, mentioned the two price options (1-time or yearly) but did not do any "selling". When he completed his work here for the day he did politely ask which plan we had decided to use, and at that time, we informed him we had decided that the yearly plan was our choice, signed up for it, and only then was any payment required. So, no money changed hands until after Accurate Pest Control had provided several hours of service. Two weeks later we had a scheduled follow-up visit by a technician who assessed how the pest control measures were working (very well, in fact). Every interaction with the company has been pleasant, unpressured, and very professional. The pricing seems to be quite reasonable for the services provided. And the problem which lead us to contact Accurate initially has been solved.

Accurate Pest Control and the owner Rich are one of the most professional and kind businesses I have ever dealt with.
We had a unexpected termite problem which was discovered after we  purchased our house. I decided to use Accurate, after having three other termite companies (two franchise companies) come out and look at our situation.
Rich (the owner of the company) came over and and looked at the damage and explained how he would attack the situation. I
immediately felt comfortable and knew he was trustworthy. The entire situation was very stressful for our family and he put us at ease and treated the situation properly.  He wasn't some salesman trying to make a commission like some of the companies out there. He didn't pressure us either.
He was there to answer any questions we had no matter what time of day it was, even after the treatment was applied.
While other companies stated they could start the Termidor treatment right away (during the winter with frozen soil), Rich would not because he wanted the treatment to work. Others suggested drilling into the basement floor. Rich would not due to the possibility of water issues later down the road.
Since it was the middle of winter, he started some of the process on the interior of the house. However, he waited until it got warmer outside before treating the outside. This was so the treatment worked properly. He wasn't looking to take our money and do a treatment that wouldn't work.
My wife and I our very impressed with the level of professionalism and care we were given. A rare thing in this world.
I would highly recommend Accurate Pest Control. We did our research on the other companies out there. We even had three of them come over to inspect the situation. None of them compare to Accurate.

They come out as many times as I need for no additional charge.  I can ask for the same person every time and kind of build a relationship with them.  They come in full uniforms.  They are super accommodating with my schedule.  They are polite and friendly.  They are very conscientious and they never leave any kind of muddy trail or anything through the house.  They are very respectful.  As the same person comes to my house, he knows exactly what my usual problems are.  Hence, he can just come in and get the job done more quickly.

He was very friendly and thorough.  I would recommend him to others.

Accurate Pest Control does a good job. I do not see any ants in my home. I will continue to use them for pest control.

They were consciousness. They were little booty when they came in the house. It’s like they were never even there. I would use them in the future.

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY ARE NOT A PERFECT COMPANY, BUT THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY DON'T CHARGE TOO BAD OF A PRICE EITHER.
