Our equipment is pretty old, the home is 19 years old. The motor in the furnace went. That was when we came home from vacation, it wasn't running.  We had some frozen pipelines, they took care of that, these were the drainage lines from the furnace because apparently there's a condenser or something that accumulates water. They've been great. They service the furnace and they service our air conditioning units. They always explain all of our options, they just don't  throw out the most expensive units. They give you the pros and cons of each, They handle any permitting when they're replacing appliances, we don't have to worry about that. If there are any rebates, they've taken care of that. They couldn't make it easier.

They replaced an air conditioner for us this year. They service our equipment annually. We got a preseason discount. 



They've always been great. We came home last year during the winter and our furnace was turned off. We were on vacation and they came out and serviced us immediately and got the furnace running. 



I think their pricing is very very fair. Quality is the best. The tuneup takes about an hour or an hour and a half. The workers are amazing. They put little booties on their feet, their very conscious they're not tracking in dirt. They are very knowledgeable if I have any questions because I usually do. I'm not well versed in some of this stuff  so they explain it to me.

Gary was very honest and open about what he thought would need to be done to address our needs. Bob led the installation team and they were prompt, courteous and efficient. They installed on their planned timeline and we never heard about the various obstacles they encountered. They always cleaned up at the end of the day such that we wouldn't have known they were there. Gary followed up answering any questions we had and insured we were getting the system that we paid for.

They are prompt and professional. They did a good job. My husband was the one that called them and he had no complaints about them. Their price seems fair. I think they are entirely satisfactory. We have not had any problems. No problems with their cleanliness. We use them regularly. We have called them years ago when we needed a new furnace. They have always been good.

I had a company come out that was under contract from the previous owners of our home to service the heating unit before winter. I inquired about the costs of adding a a bypass humidifier to our current system.....When the tech was done he told me I should replace the igniter on the system......but his approach made me feel like I was playing the old game show lets make a deal....he had 5 different options for me and wanted me to guess what the cost would be......clearly this company sends their techs to some low level sales training......but I was completely put off by this approach and didn't even consider moving forward with them. 
One of my neighbors recommended Stellitano heating and what a difference in professionalism. I explained the situation to the tech and he said he would look at the system. He told me that he could replace the ignition system if it needed to be replaced, but he would look everything over first.......After 15 minutes he came upstairs and told me everything looked fine. He could replace the igniter, but it looks perfectly fine to him. He recommended that we upgrade our thermostat.....and showed me how I could do it myself. The tech also gave me a quote to install the humidifier...which was less than the other company quoted me.....but the price wasn't my primary concern. I wanted to deal with a company that was more interested in taking care of my heating unit properly than trying to sell me something I didn't need. 
Stellitano is now my HVAC company of choice. We are scheduling them to install the humidifier in the very near future and will discuss upgrading my AC unit in the next few months along with my water heater. A very well run company and I'm very glad I found them

I have never used Stellitano's services in the past.  I called for service today, and Jeff was able to come over to my place within an hour to help.  The furnace is in a garage/barn on my property, not my house, so did not require immediate help.  Nonetheless, Jeff came immediately - found the problem, and while further repairs are needed, he got us heat today.    He was extremely knowledgable with a complex problem, honest and fair about the situation.

Our unit stopped working on a Friday night during a holiday weekend and I wasn't expecting anyone to be immediately available to service our unit, but Stellitano was available and arrived at the time they indicated. The technician who serviced our unit was professional and courteous and we'd use them again. Actually, we are now a "regular" customer and they'll be servicing our units on an annual basis.

The A/C unit made a loud popping sound and then stopped working.  The technician diagnosed problem and replaced the appropriate part.  Problem solved.  He also made some suggestions for cleaning the unit and maintaining air circulation around it while it is in operation.  He was prompt, friendly, and efficient.  The total cost was $165, and I have no idea whether someone else would have charged more, less, or the same amount.

I contacted Stellitano Heating and Air Conditioning because I wanted to replace a water heater and a gas-fired boiler.  Even though my home is only 14.3 miles by road from the center of Hopewell, NJ, and within the same county, they decided that I was outside their service area.  They declined to even consider the job.  At least they responded within one business day. 

So, if you are considering hiring Stellitano Heating and Air Conditioning, please be aware that they do not travel very far.
