Ken arrived on time to do the work. He is very professional and efficent. He provided helpful information about the oil furnace and heat pump system. 
Ken aligned the furnace jets and replaced the oil nozzle with a new one. Opened the furnace chamber and cleaned the inside. Changed the oil filter at the tank. Checked the air filter and was still good for a few more months. He does a great job and I will call him next time for any furnace or heat pump/AC work.

We are very pleased. Ken was very thoughtful and thorough with his work. He was more than happy to answer all our questions and to show us exactly what he was doing and why. We will most definitely call him back for any future servicing.

Since we recently purchase the house we had questions about the system. The provider was very informative and when we inquired about the need for a new boiler he reassured us that we did not need one. He did not try and sell us a new system. Now that is a professional. Will definitely use him in the future.

I asked my neighbor if he knew a good Heating Service company and he recommended Hackney's. They had done a good job for him in the past. Ken who owns the service company came right on the scheduled time and worked efficiently to get the job done. He did a good job cleaning the chamber and showing me that the job was not done properly during the last visit by another company's technician. He answered various technical questions I asked and seems to know his business well.
He left the work area very clean and tested the system before leaving.
I will use his service again.

Hackney Heating was called to service my oil burner for the coming winter season. Due to Hurricane Irene and the following storm, Ken was extremely busy dealing with the havoc the floods caused his customers during these storms. He called me back within a day and we set up an appointment to take place on September 30, 2011 at 11:00 am. Ken arrived promptly--as usual--and he performed the work in a timely and professional manner. I am very satisfied using this company and plan to do so in the future.
