I like that it's very convenient. I get my water but now I get other products like paper towels, coffee and other services you signed for. They come every three weeks and makes everything easier. They are great. If I leave a message, they call me back within a reasonable amount of time. It was just a good experience with them. Their price depends because every week I'm ordering something different. I sometimes order vitamin water, change up my water supply, I get occasional distilled water, get two bottles of spring water and then whatever else I need.
