They were not able to find the cause of the freon leak. I had to take it to another place. The other place put in ink and recharged the air conditioning so as to perform a failure mode analysis. The freon leaked again in two months . They found that it leaked from the evaporator. The technicians at Lakewood Toyota were not able to find this, but some other garage was. The Lakewood Toyota technicians needs to be better trained.

I waited for my car. In at 1:00 PM, out by 3:30. My Yaris has 100,000 miles and is still going strong. No major problems, which I think is due to the preventative maintenance that the service department performs. I have used them for over 20 years. I probably pay a premium but it's worth it. The service advisor, Steve Hannah, is wonderful. I true him implicitly. Last year I hit a deer. After the body work was done to repair the car, I brought it in and Toyota inspected it and gave me a road test for free!

I just ended my 25000 miles so last time they did an oil change. It was on warranty. They are very nice they are very accommodating they get you right in. as far as their service goes I never had a problem. They seems to do what they tell are gone to do. The guys that work behind the desk are very professional very nice. They don't make you to wait that long and when they do they call you as soon as you are done you are out.

I use them at least every 3 months. I like the service adviser that I use. I don't have any complaints with them. I haven't had any problems.

They were very professional and we had no issues with them. They let us take plenty of time to look without feeling pressured. They went on the test drive with us and we were gone about 3 hours without feeling pressured.

I went kind of late in the day and they were closing, but they stayed with me and I didn't feel pressured to get out or anything. They guy got in and made sure I knew how to program my phone to the bluetooth feature in my car before I left. They were very personable and went beyond what I felt they needed to do.

They couldn't get me the color I wanted, but they did sell me a good car. It was nice that they took time to teach me all of the different things a Prius has that other cars don't. The car is great. My salesman did his best to get me what I wanted. He was a nice man.
