The grout between the tiles in the kitchen/foyer/hallway/ and two bathrooms looked as if it had never been cleaned.
They steam cleaned the grout and then sealed the grout.
They came to do the job the day after I called, the job was done in an excellent manner and the two yourng men were very professional.
I did use them again to clean the air conditioning system duct work.
I would recommned this franchise. NIcholas Vitelle was very professional

This providerw was highly recommended by friends.
I thought the work was adequate
I already decided that I would not use them again in the future
$ days ago IIad a few satins in front of my recliner chair in the living room - small stains, about 6
I thought something spilled - coffee etc
I immediately

got a spot remover cleaner which I have been using awhile and sprayed, waited , and wiped - the stains seemed removed
when I went back later and the area was dry there was a large dark stain
where I had cleaned.
I immediately called Stanley Steemer to inform them - wondering if what I used clashed with their formula.
The disclaimed all fault and said because it wasn't their fault, to come to the house would be with a charge to me, even though I was still under 30 day warranty.
I maintained that if it wasn't their fault, whose was it. They faulted the cleaner I used and not the possibility it clashed with what they used.
They said they use no chemicals and no soap???????????
I use your cite often, to obtain information ( wish I did with this)
but just wanted to let you know in case you were thinking of taking them on as a referral in the future.

They did a very good job but some of the stains came back afterwards. Their price was fair.

I chose them because of their reputation. They perform good service. I would use them again in the future.

I'M SATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY. THEY PROVIDED GOOD SERVICE AND SENT OUT ENOUGH PEOPLE TO DO THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY MOVED FURNITURE AND CLEANED WHERE I WOULDN'T EVEN THINK OF CLEANING.

THE COMPANY CAME IN AND MOVED THE FURNITURE OUT OF THE ROOMS, CLEANED THE ROOMS AND MOVED THE FURNITURE BACK. I HAVE HARDWOOD FLOORS IN THE OTHER ROOMS AND THE WATER WENT IN THOSE ROOMS. I HAD TO WIPE IT ALL UP AND I DID NOT SEE MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE.
