When they put in our boiler, it was a part that went almost immediately. It would have been nice if it didn?t go at all. They came in pretty rapidly and fixed it, but it was a little inconvenient when it popped. I don?t remember exactly when it was. They are pretty pricey.

It went very well. Two different repairmen came; the fist one diagnosed the problem and the second one fixed it. They fixed it expeditiously and my air conditioner is working perfectly now. I didn’t spend anything because it was under warranty. I would rate them highly overall.
