Fireplace Service
The service call was very unpleasant. The gentleman cleaned and serviced the fireplace and it still didn't light. I called several times; however I never received a call back from them. I called another company and they were only here for 10 minutes and they discovered 4 dead batteries in the wall switch and I paid them $95 plus a $10 tip. I paid Quinns $89 plus a $10 tip; so the total cost to fix my fireplace was $204, to change 4 batteries; which should have been fixed in the first service call. After sending a letter to the owners of the company, I still didn't receive a call either. Bottom line, Quinn's do not back up their service calls and have a lack of customer service.
