Preferred Powerwash,Painting&soft roofwashing

I have had my house power-washed by 3 different companies. Preferred did the best job out of the 3. Getting a white house clean is difficult. Also, they have top-of-the-line equipment. They use a hot water machine. This is much more expensive than a regular pressure washer. However, it does a much better job. My gutters were also spotless when they left. They use an organic cleaner and my plethora of plants and bushes were not harmed. People complain that this company is a little more than others - you get what you pay for. These people take pride in their work. They don't rush, but they don't stand around a waste time either.

Tom Braden is an amicable and knowledgeable owner who is very interested in customer satisfaction. Since I have difficulty selecting paint colors, Tom made several suggestions and then provided us with samples so we could test the color in a real setting noting how it will look in the light and the shade. I could not be more impressed with the outcome. The company uses a gentle power wash technique that preserves the wood. The crew is detail-oriented and professional. Tom visited the site on several occasions during the course of the job and, being so detailed, he was not satisfied until the job was absolutely perfect. We have received so many compliments on the house - it looks brand new. We thought Tom's estimate for power-washing and staining our deck was a little high - $4,000 - so my husband and I decided to do it ourselves, Tom again suggested paint colors that he thought would complement the house color. Once a decision was made, he supplied that paint as well. It was a big job but the result is beautiful thanks to his advice. I wholeheartedly recommend this contractor.

Although sometimes hard to get a response and a little expensive, each job was done in one day with great quality and attention to detail. I would hire Preferred again.

Crew arrived on time and reviewed work to be done with me. There was no wasted time and all work was done in one day as promised.
ks also doneSpecial attention was paid to gutters which were sprayed, scrubbed and rinsed. Very good looking afterward. Paver driveway was brightened considerably, removing rust stains from irrigation system well water. Concrete sidewalks also done well.
Crew followed up on my questions and suggestions, easy to work with.

No follow up on their end. We Did the job ourselves and saved $850/day which they quoted and this did not include paint, primer, etc. Very surprised to not get a follow up after gentleman was in our house and saw rooms.

Estimate was on the money, they showed up on time, and the results were great. I ended up walking around the house 3 times admiring the work. Great job.

I would refer Preferred Powerwashing to anyone. At first I thought it was a little expensive, but for the job they did it was well worth it. They arrived earlier than expected, were extremely friendly and professional, and my house has not looked this good since it was first built. Will continue to use them

Preferred Powerwash and Painting did a great job. I think the price was high but worth it because they did more than I ask them to, they came exactly on time. They were here for one day and they did an excellent job.

This company is our favorite company to hire for powerwashing and painting. The owner, Tom, is professional and very fair with price quotes. The guys he hires are tops. Respectful to both us and our home. Prompt and perfect service. The office staff are on the ball. We highly recommend using Preferred Powerwashing and Painting! We've used them for both our homes.

Preferred Powerwash lightly sanded, power-washed and stained my deck. The work included the application of a stain followed by a sealer. They applied these items with a sprayer on all visible surfaces and the outside of wooden poles. After I signed the contract, they went beyond the contract and offered to power-wash without further charge the mold stain that had accumulated on an exterior wall near the deck. They completed this work well too. With my permission, they worked around the weather and rescheduled work during this rainy season. In one instance, they had neglected to stain completely a small part of the deck. They returned quickly to complete job even after I had paid for the work.

Secondly, they repaired a portion of interior ceiling and walls damaged in two areas by rain water. In one area, the workers removed, replaced and repainted the ceiling in a small bathroom. This work included temporarily removing a ceiling light. In another area, they taped a ceiling crack, anchored the ceiling to ceiling rafters and smoothed out the area. The final job completely corrected the prior damage. They also repainted a large upstairs hallway and closet using semi-gloss on woodwork and egg-shell texture (as I asked) to the walls. They applied two coats of paint. I strongly recommend Preferred Powerwash and would use them again for my deck and interior painting.

The job was estimated to take approximately 6 days. They arrived promptly every day as promised. They kept me informed of their progress and asked me if there was anything else I might have wanted painted or done while they were in a certain area. They also suggested actions that should be taken to ensure a flawless result. They were very professional and polite. The Supervisor would stop by each day to check on the progress and to make sure we were satisfied with the job. I would definitely use the again and would recommend them to anyone needing their house painted. I would also use them to paint inside should we need it based on their performance outside.

They were accommodating to requests on the fly without any further incurred costs. The workers cleaned the areas in one day, including the gutters. Everything looked brand new! I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

They had a high pressure hot water gun which removed all the dirt, mold, etc from our house. An added benefit is that our windows were in desperate need of washing, so as a result of the powerwasing they are clearn!

I got the name from Angies List, sent an email, they called me back promptly, came on time and did a great job.
