I would say one of the better home oil delivery companies overall. I have had a few over the years - and Petro has been the easiest and most honest to work with.

The service was okay. For heating and A/C they are excellent. They plumber could have worked on his timing he showed up late to the appointment.

The technician was on time, did a thorough job, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Petro.

I had them as my home heating oil service provider for about 3 years. They initially inspected my oil tank and deemed it safe and without any issues for delivery. All of sudden they claimed they couldn't deliver oil and demanded I have one of their service techs come look at the tank. Using extreme scare tactics he told me my tank was about to explode and needed to be replaced. Considering this is a very costly thing to have done I had a second person come from another company and they told me my tank was fine and without issue. Petro refused to deliver oil and harassed me to have them replace my tank or have a temporary one (theirs) be installed so that they could deliver oil. Now, they have charged me a $400 cancellation fee, stating I CANCELLED, even though they refuse to work with me and resolve things amicably. NEVER EVER again with petro, nor would I recommend them. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Also, I have discovered, their prices are higher than many other companies.

I've never had any problem with them. Between last spring and today, I got a whole brand new system which they have not even seen yet. They've been doing it very well. Nobody's perfect. I've had no complaints. They supply my fuel oil. I'm not going to stop using them.

The first guy said that my system is already obsolete, even though it 's only about 5 years old, and that it is probably a leak, but they can never seem to locate anything. He said that there is really no repair options, and it will just need to be replaced.  One time I called, he said it was too hot to come and service it and I would have to wait until the fall!  I will say that the last time, the fellow took more time than any of the other techs have, but he said he couldn't find anything either. I would never recommend them to anyone. The system is currently working, but who knows how long it will last.

The work went fine. They are very reliable. They were neat, and they did what they said they were going to do. I did not have any problem with them. We use them for oil as well. They fix whatever needs to be foxed. They come when they say they are going to come.
