Call Menser's Heating/AC due to an intermittent problem on our furnace. The unit would try several times to light (2 or 3 times) before it would ignite. Occassionally it would shut down completely after 3 times and I would have to turn the power to the furnace off then on, then it would work again. I called the company at noon time on Friday, right after a 7inch snowstorm the night before. They called and said they would be at the house before 5PM. They arrived at 2PM. The serviceman was very professional and tested the furance with several test equipment and by manually isolated several components in the unit. The air induction blower was not showing the correct reading on the meter. The blower was replaced and the furnace has been operating without a problem since. Warranty on the part covered the price of the blower and diagnostics and time was all I had to pay for. It was nice to have service from an honest company for once. I was very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them
