 + -1 moreK & J Heating and Cooling is a very honest and friendly company. They came when they said they would and were very professional and polite. The service man was well-groomed and very affable. I think they are an excellent company and I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: We had them service the air conditioner in our 2600 square foot house. They inspected all of the parts and cleaned everything out.

 + -1 moreUp until this point, Jim has been great. We had another come out and assess our machine after he had looked at it and they fixed it free of charge. I mean, I 'd probably still use Jim again, but I am just kind of unsure about what happened this last time with him. Up until now, we have been real satisfied with him.
Description of Work: Jim recently came to our home and inspected our heating and air conditioning unit. He said there were going to be repairs needed that were going to cost a lot of money. We have a service contract with him to do annual inspections.

 + -1 moreIT WAS GREAT, THEY RESPONDED TO MY CALL IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. I WILL USE THERE SERVICES IN THE FUTURE IF NECESSARY. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: I HAD MY CONDENSER IN MY AIR CONDITIONER REPLACED.
