I gave him a third of the money up front. The permits have just come in, and I would think the work should be done around the end of January. The pricing was the second lowest estimate I received. He is very professional, and I would recommend him to others. He took about an hour to go over everything with me which was nice compared to the others who gave a quick estimate and left. He also printed everything out for me, and the pricing was all itemized.

I sent an email in July 2013 and within a few hours I received a return email and a phone call. The owner Yaakov Forchheimer came early morning to accommodate my schedule for going to work. He did complete inspection of the property and the need while using his ipad and other gadgets. He called his staff who provided all township related specifications for the permit and generated a quote . He took pictures and before he left the property he had given me a full quote. Also understanding my needs (and I had done my home work in terms of nature of model I needed) he found ways to save money.
Yaakov alerted me to ensure I get pre-certification from the Gas company if any work is needed by them. This was a proper advice coming from someone who had done many such installations. I did not hear such details from others I had contacted.
Once I made a commitment to sign up and pay for the first installment the work began with efficiency supported by Rachel at the office. They are always reachable and often are able to provide immediate status. They made the application of permits a breeze, accommodated my schedule so I had to be home on only ONE day for all the inside work. At other times they worked out a plan so I did not have to be home except for final township inspection. There were many intermediate inspections by township all handled by them from outside.
When work expanded requiring some wiring via deep underground instead of through the house they completed them promptly.
The technical staff that came to the house (headed by Raul ) are very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They made sure they wore cover over their boots when they came in. It is attention to such details that made me very pleased to write this review.
Yaakov's price is very reasonable . In my view having worked with other contractors it is hard to find this kind of emphasis on quality, and responsiveness in the marketplace. They are willing to go the extra mile for our satisfaction.
