the wireless network is faster, and i can print from my laptop, using wireless.
I have many more channels and programs on demand, which work well.

The cost of the cable service is very high for the service provided. The channels provided it the less expensive packages are barely more than network . The internet service is horrible. I have to reset my modem 2-3 times a week and the bandwidth is very slow. I can't wait until I get FIOS?

Bill went upto $145. Called to get a discount. Offered $110 per month.
Had a 1 yr package of $89 per month for cable and internet but they would not renew that.
Thinking of removing cable TV, keeping internet. Nieghbors say it is the best internet service provider of the 2 avaliable on our street but most expensive.

TV SIGNAL IS 90% 80% OF THE TIME, THE REST OF THE TIME IT FREEZES. PHONE WORKS WELL BUT REQUIRES RESET OF MODEM EVERY 2-3 MONTHS (TAKES 1 MINUTE TO DO BUT GOT TO DO IT OR PHONE DOES NOT GET PHONE CALLS IN OR OUT) WIFI IS FAST AND WORKS GOOD BUT WITHOUT NOTICE WILL GO DOWN LATE AT NIGHT WHEN THEY WORK ON IT FOR U TPO 30 MINUTES.
THINKING OF SWITCHING TO FIOS BUT WHEN I CALLED THEY LOWERED MY BILL FROM $300 DOWN TO $220. i'LL STAY FOR NOW.

They service we have received has been good. They are professional and knowledgeable.
