They were friendly and very honest. I was impressed with the high number of reports that were on Angie's List for this company. They were professional, on time, and I would recommend them to anyone. They provide great service.

The salesperson was great but from that point on it was downhill. The installers never showed up when they were supposed to and then when they did they had the wrong carpet. The company said they upgraded me to a better one because they didn't have the one I selected in stock. I don't think thats true. The installers did such a hack job very very disappointing. I'm getting someone else in to fix all the little things like seams in the wrong place etc., etc.
