Window Treatment Service
On Oct. 3rd, installer Anthony came out to install shutters. Wrong shutters were ordered AND shutters did not fit the windows. The measurements were taken incorrectly.. Shutters had to be reordered, with another 6 to 8 wks delivery times. I ordered shades for my dining room because I was given a 50 % discount ( because of the screw up) shades would take 2 weeks. Gino, the marketing rep and the guy who originally did measurements said he would order shades and new shutters on 10-6.
I followed up and on 10-21 spoke with Anna in ofc who said she would have Gino call me asap. No call and I called again on 10-26 and s/w Ronnie the bookeeper who said Gino is away for a week. Ronnie checked and said shades were ordered on 10-22 !!!!!!!
tHE SHADES WERE NEVER ORDERED ON 10-6 AND WERE ONLY ORDERED AFTER I CALLED TO FOLLOW UP ON 10-22 !!!! NOW THE SHADES ARE DUE TO SHIP 11-4 AND THE I AM WAITING TO FIND OUT WHEN THE SHUTTERS WERE ORDERED.
These people seem so nice but are not responsible nor do they keep their word . What is really scary is that Ihave not had anything installed yet and I pray they do a good job. I will follow up and advise you how is goes.
