Not well,first of all Bruce(owner) was only on the job 4x, the times to collect money. Rest of the time were non speaking Spanish workers (not a word). They punctured my pipes and for about 4 hours water was spouting all over the floor until i found my main water valve- Bruce never showed up he just leaves messages. He did send a plumber and the plumber came the next morning to fix it. Last day, Bruce said he was done, I had to travel for work so I was unable to inspect until a week later-BIG MISTAKE! The beams and the drywall had spaces from 1/4" - 1 1/4" wide, there was insulation seeping through above the windows, the garage door had bent drywall in it where large bugs were crawling in, sections of drywall were missing on the door frame(actual holes), pipes were exposed, one side of wash room wall was untouched, the frame on other garage door was just junk and ruined pre existing frame. He came back once, showed him the problems, he messily spattered white stuff and made a mess.

"THIS IS A CASE OF PENNY WISE & DOLLAR FOOLISH. I INFORMED THE CUSTOMER THAT THE GARAGE DOORS OPENERS NEEDED TO BE REMOVED & REINSTALLED AFTER THE DRYWALL WAS COMPLETED, CUSTOMER DIDN'T WANT THE EXTRA EXPENSE. CUSTOMER WAS INFORMED THAT THE STEEL BEAMS NEEDED TO BE FRAMED & DRYWALLED AS CODE REQUIRED, CUSTOMER DIDN'T WANT THE EXTRA EXPENSE. CUSTOMER WAS INFORMED THAT THE WATER PIPES WERE INSTALLED TO LOW FROM CEILING. CUSTOMER DIDN'T WANT THE EXTRA EXPENSE TO RAISE PIPES. CUSTOMER WAS INFORMED THAT ALL EXISTING DOORS & WINDOWS NEEDED EXTENSION JAMBS & TRIM. OR CONTRACT PRICE ONLY CHANGED AFTER THE CUSTOMER ADDED OTHER WORK. WE WERE PAID AFTER THE CUSTOMER INSPECTED THE WORK."

He even helped me find a plumber and a electrian. I thought the price was fair. They were good.

IT WAS GOOD BECAUSE OF THEIR PRICE AND THE QUALITY OF WORK. THE PRICE WAS GOOD BECAUSE I COMPARED IT TO THE WORK, WHICH WAS JUST GOOD. THE RESPONSE AND PUNCTUALITY WAS JUST AS GOOD AND THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
