The contract was signed toward the end of June with the understanding that since it was a small job the task and it was the busy season for roof replacements, it would not be done for two months or more. A few days later a worker came to my house and double checked the measurements to be sure they ordered the correct skylight. The length of the unit exceeded the length of the opening by approximately 5", and the office notified me of that fact and requested a statement from me that I understood that fact and approved it ultimate installation. I did this by email. Saturday, August 24th, the installer called and informed me he would be at my house the next morning to install the unit. He showed up on time, professionally installed the unit, cleaned up after himself and left the job site an hour and a half later. The unit is correctly sized and correctly sited on my roof. It is everything I expected it to be. End of story.

They were excellent, very very good. The prices were great.

I find out it's a bad company. Bad reputation. All the windows fail and they don't stand behind the product. I was really unhappy. I called him up and told him about it. They wanted to come but it's too late now, you already put them in. The reason I got you was because you came highly recommended and I'm really dissatisfied with it because the reason why I did this was I didn't trust nobody else. And here I wind up with problems with windows. I can't even open them, it takes two hands to open them. The seals all failed, they called the company, the company wouldn't stand behind it. These were people who had all the windows replaced. They were good, they are are a regular company, they do a lot of roofing and aluminum siding and stuff like that. The windows is part of their business. The guy I know is good, he told me the company is good, they stand behind everything, my thing is I thought it was a good product and I find out it isn't. It's got a bad reputation. Everybody was on line they all complained about the windows. There is one one person who talks good about it.

They were okay. They were very slow to do it but it was okay. You have to call a lot and they miss appointments and things like that. I would recommend them to a friend. They would miss appointments and you would have to call to get a new one and they would miss that one. I didn't like that but I've had worse experiences. We would probably use them again but not enthusiastically. We had called other people and they never responded so at least these guys came out to give us a quote.

They did a great job. We were impressed with them and the roof turned out great. The product itself was the best you could get.

Great. No more leaks. no more musty smell. Super excellent job. Very neat with excellent clean up.

The whole processes was good, from estimation thru completion of the work. They have people in each functional area for estimation, scheduling, installation and final inspection. Overall, very happy with their services. I am a repeat customer and have used them for siding and windows before.

their estimate was very professional and complete

Very professional in bidding and estimating process. The only company (of 4 total) that made observation that part of roof was not pitched according to code and made adjustments in roofing applied. Estimate was explained in detail. Resulting roof looks excellent. They replaced several boards of cedar siding that had been damaged in Sandy. However, they underestimated amount required and left a few boards that needed to be done. Also, could have been better in communicating schedule of work. However, they also could have been overwhelmed with work due to Sandy.

The workers were on time and completed the job on time. No problems.

Their services were OK. Actually they came back because I had a little problem and they had to correct it. But they haven't really corrected it. I don't think their price was reasonable, but it might have been fair. I thought they did a good job but I had a problem with the quality. When they did the job they were punctual, but after my call back not so much. They were not so professional. When the fellow came out the issues were never addressed properly. One guy came out and then never came back again. After a long time they sent someone out to see what the problem was, but they were not following up on it.

They were excellent. They were able to come and they gave us a reasonably good price for replacing the shingles. The second time was on top of our house and it is a three storey house with a 45 degree pitch. It's not an easy roof. I gave them a call, I snapped a picture of it with my phone and I sent them an e-mail with the picture so that they could see where the work was. They came the next day and only charged me $125 to put up the shingles. It was a fairly big section. The got up on the third floor roof and they fixed that section. I had to have them come a third time because some of the shingles they replaced came off in another storm. I had them do some other repairs at the same time. But all and all I am very happy and I thought the pricing was very reasonable. They did a very good job and they were prompt in getting out here. I would certainly use them again and again for the roofing.

They came out and provided an estimate. I signed a contract with a deposit of $4000. I contacted them within 4 days and I was told that I could not get my deposit back because it was over 72 hrs. Then when I did contact them again to go to the boss of the company, they put me through to the boss but it was really a sales rep who informed me that my neighbor benefitted from my deposit money that was never returned. I tried repeatedly to contact them and nothing was ever returned.

I received a quote on one day, and All County was there to fix the damage the following day. I was very pleased with their professionalism, and their efficiency.

We waited three months for All County to do the work since all contractors of this type were booked up. We were very happy with the work. I liked everything about their service and we are going to go with them again for work on our deck. On paper they look a little pricey, but, in the end, I don't think they are. They gave us a discount in the end because somebody had left some things lying around in the yard for a day so they called us back again with the discount off the job; so they were really good. We researched carefully to find this company; our neighbors and other people had used them. We wanted to make sure we were getting an A-plus company and we ended up getting an A-plus company.

The technicans arrive without appointment, which is the company's dispatcher problem.. The technicians are very good, working in the coldest weather. The work is all good, the house looks great.

Start has been great, don't know where I would be without them, it will be about 25-30 day before we move back in.

The sales representative from the company was professional and knowledgeable throughout the estimation and selection process. The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The roofing crew completed the entire project in one work day, including general clean-up and removal of all debris. The following day the area was rechecked for roofing nails, etc. Overall, I was pleased with the the entire experience.

On time, well done, no surprises.

Showed up as promised for the estimate,recieved a fair estimate & drawing of the work i did not use due to my postponing of the job temporarly.

The roof looks great. The clean-up was terrible. There are still shingles and nails in my yard. I have contacted them 3 times and they did come back but everything was such a mess that it didn’t matter.
