All County Exteriors lived up to the hype about their work being good. They were prompt, fast, reliable and reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a roof installed.

Poor workmanship on the replacement of the columns - not as described in the original agreed upon plan/estimate, corners & edges unfinished, had to be totally redone. Siding very well done except porch light was installed crooked (leaning back) because a spacer piece was not provided with the siding. Brick work looked acceptable on the final work day but the next day revealed mortar stains from use of a wiping with a wet sponge that had entered all the cracks of the brick and caused the brick to look old & dated - not the "fresh" look we wanted. They were responsive, came out 2x to apply various methods to try to remove it - but were unsuccessful. They did try to work with the manufacturer to find a solution but ultimately determined "nothing we can do". This company did have good reviews so we had higher expectations.

Very professional, work completed on time. Very neat and cleaned up after the job was completed.

They did an excellent job. Matched my main roof really well and they cleaned up as if they were never there. It has rained several times with no leaks. I will definitely use them again.

All County did an excellent job, the workers were very respectful and the foreman of the workers was a perfectionists on every detail. Our home came out better then we even imagine.

They came out right away to look at the roof. A couple days later the quote came in the mail. I paid a 50% deposit and waited to hear back from them for a scheduled date. Just my luck that it was raining so much in April. I had to wait awhile, no fault of theirs. Blame it on Mother Nature. I have to tell you though, they were so clean with their work. I did not find any mess in the yard. Not even a nail. I'm very happy with the roof and they were able to match the color to the main roof really well.

It was a normal estimate with a useful summation.  I'm not really sure. Its very tough to gauge someone you didn't use. But you know, he came in and he did what needed to be done for the service that I needed to which he gave an estimate.

Needed a new roof from hail storm damage. I had three estimates and went with All County. Stu explained in detail all work that needed to be done and answered all my questions. Work began ahead of schedule and was completed in a day and a half. Crew did a great job!

Received reasonable estimate over the phone. They were able to complete the repair work a few days later and didn't require anyone to be at home. Repair looks good. Received invoice a couple of weeks later for same amount as estimate.

Other contractors didn't want to bother with this job, either saying they were too busy for such a small job or overpricing it.

Very satisfied with All County Exterior's handling of this minor repair work.

Our general contactor hired All County Exteriors to do the roofing work on a second floor addition.  All County was responsible for the roofing and the flashing which connects the roof to the chimney.  FLASHING was not done therefore a gap was left open enabling water to flow into the home.
My husband developed severe auto immune health issues due to toxic exposure.  We found high levels of mold spores in the home.  Upon remediation of the mold in the basement  mold was found in the walls, below the hardwood flooring throughout the master bedroom, living room and basement.  All areas directly below the roof / chimney location where the flashing should have been.   My husband has been out of work for 8 months and the cost of remediation, demo and repair was approximately $50,000  We contacted  All County Exteriors and they came over to inspect the roof.  They blamed it on the mason.

Started the process by getting an estimate from Ed who was great. He wasn't one of those pushy salesman who tries to pressure you into saying yes. After saying yes it took about five weeks (due to over a week and a half of bad weather) to get the job started. The workers showed up right when I was told they would at 8am and started working immediately until right around 7pm. They worked incredibly hard and I don't think they stopped for a break for more than 5 minutes, if that. It took two days to complete the project with the second day only taking about 2 hours to finish everything. The roof looks amazing and has improved the curb appeal of my home ten fold. I would highly recommend ACE to anyone looking for a new roof.

It went excellent. The office staff contacted us to advise us the dumpster and supplies would be delivered the next day. The team who completed the job were efficient and professional. The job was completed and cleaned up in one day. They even came back 2 days after to inspect the property / house for debris. We were so pleased with All County that we hired them back to replace some of our windows.

THE SALES REP THEY SENT WAS VERY DETAIL ORIENTED AND WAS NOT SOMEONE WHO USED PRESSURE TACTICES.  WE WERE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIS PRESENTATION, PRICE AND ESTIMATES FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION.

The workers arrived on time and began work immediately. They only took a very short lunch break and completed a new install the same day. They were very clean and evev the next day came back to go over the yard to make sure they cleaned up everything. I would recommend them to anyone for this type of work. They even follow up after a few weeks to make sure all is well

I wasn't home when they came. I looked up one day and saw it was done. A few weeks later I got a bill in the mail. I thought it was a reasonable price.

All County did a very good job on the installation of my windows.
