We had just moved into a house and were having noise problems. Called the manager of the park who recommended I call All County Exteriors. I told the lady on the phone my problem, and rather than saying I don't think that is something we can handle, she stated a guy would come out and it would be $125 for him to show up. I figured OK as the problem had to be fixed and they were "recommended. Took 2 1/2 weeks for the guy to show. Came in, I showed him the problem, and he stated "I don't know and walked out without digging into the problem, recommending a solution, or giving a referral. Later on we got a bill for $125. We didn't pay in the beginning, but they kept sending a bill. Would not recommend them and will tell others in the park about my bad experience about them.

All County sent a service tech within the expected timeframe, even though a snowstorm had caused a lost workday. On site, the tech made 2 new pieces of fascia matching the storm-damaged pieces, removed the damaged piece, and installed the replacements. He also repaired a gutter guard that had been damaged by a falling limb. The repairs are first rate.

I chose them because they did a good job with my roof years earlier, and they had the most competitive price. The worker arrived on time, was very helpful, and did a decent job with the repairs. He also took care of some other siding issues while he was at the house which I appreciated. The only issue is that the drain pipe still has a leak, and the company hasn't responded to my call about getting it corrected. I'm not sure if the message was lost or forgotten, but it's not a major issue.

The roofer did not find any leaks in our roof. He came promptly and was very thorough in trying to determine why we had leaking in our home. He suggested a number of possible causes other than a leak in the roof. We will pursue his recommendations. In the past All County Exteriors has repaired our roof and done a very good job at a reasonable cost.

Even though my siding is older and they had to special order the piece (which they didn't know until they came out) the price remained the quoted price of $125. Very friendly and professional woman who set everything up.

Went very well. Quotes was made over phone. Installer came a couple of days later. Discussed what i wanted. Showed me the new vent. Installed it in about 20 minutes, waved good bye and was gone. No garbage was left behind.

Very well. Quote was made on the understanding that I would tell the technician what I wanted done. He measured the gutter and told me it was possible. He then changed the pitch of the gutter and caulked the small space left open and resembled the gutter.

They quoted me a price of $125 when I first called. The woman who answered the phone and set up the original date was very friendly and professional. When they got to my house they noted that my siding is older (25+ years) and so they had to special order a piece. They did so and came back about a week later to install it. The price remained the $125 quoted.

The clean-up was spectacular. They made sure everything was protected. The job they did was absolutely beautiful and they did a wonderful job. Art Chapman, the residential specialist, and his workers were really up and beyond great. They were great with the details, negotiations and a very friendly crew.

The estimate was about in the same ballpark as other companies. They didn't seem able to properly measure the skylight.

Everything was good...replacement windows look great. Work done quickly and all premises were left in perfect condition.

The provider performed the service in a timely manner. The workers attention to detail was of the highest caliber. The house looks fantastic . I would recommend All County Exteriors as their attention to detail and workmanship is of the highest caliber.

Overall, one of the most professional and smooth transactions in the long "Sandy" repair saga! After wasting my time with a few independent operators (trying to save a few dollars), I decided to get myself an established company with a real office and web presence and a history of happy customers. All County is all of that, as well as family owned and operated, and well run. They sent an actual professional estimator, not a guy with a tape measure. He photo'd all the problem areas, documented everything they needed to do, came back twice to be sure he had found the right match for my existing siding and deck covering, and emailed me an itemized proposal, with the magic words needed for insurance claims, "Same Like and Kind". There was a couple of week delay from the time he came until he got the proposal out to me, but that's not hard to understand with all the repair work still going on here at the Jersey Shore. Then there was another wait from when I signed the proposal until the crew could get to my job, but again not more than a couple of weeks, and not unreasonable right now. A field supervisor came by the day before and dropped ooff the materials the crew would need and spoke with me again to cover the scope of the work. The next morning the 3-man crew arrived and went to work. They re-sided about 20 % of my house, fixed torn flashing, vents, and a chimney cap, and re-roofed a lightweight panel section that had covered my back deck. They finished that afternoon and everything was perfect. While they were here their estimator came by again to be sure I was happy, and later the field supervisor came back and installed a backdraft cover that was hard to find. Overall, I couldn't be happier! Maybe they are a bit more expensive than "a guy with a truck" but you sure get your money's worth in service and satisfaction.

I had to leave a couple of messages at first, and when he got back to me, he said he'd been out of town, so I will accept that. The work performed was done quickly and professionally. They were easy to deal with, and the work was done well. I was just a little suspicious at the end whenhe tried telling me that I would need a new roof within the next 3 years or so. I had solar panals installed just over a year ago, and Trinity inspected the roof, and said it was good. Also, my home inspector 2 years ago, told me it was in good shape when he inspected the home before I bought it. The solar company inspects the roof because they don't want to have to take them all off again in just a few years. They want to know it will be there for a long time. I sincerely doubt that both my home inspector and Trinity could have been that wrong about the life of the roof. And since installing them is his livelyhood, I tend to suspect that his goal is to make me believe it needs replacement whether it does, or not. But otherwise, I was happy with their work.

Called to make an appointment for an estimate. The person who answered the phone asked if we had already gotten an estimate because she recognized our name. I told her no, first call to them for the roof and gutter estimate. She check ed her records and found they had repaired our bay window surrounds in 2007. I couldn't remember who we used. Very impressive. Esimtate was scheduled for that Saturday. The representative arrived on time and gave us a reasonable estimate. It wasn't the lowest we received, but we were most comfortable with the description of the work and product guarantees. Work started and finished on time. The workers were courteous and did a great job cleaning up. The roof and gutters look great. We are very satisfied.

Ok a little shaky but nothing horrible.

The crew arrived on time and set up for removal of the old roof. They worked efficiently and quietly - very professional. The removal of the old shingles involved removal of static and an electic roof vent and closure of those opening. There was a small section of plywood that needed to be replaced around one of the vent pipes. When they completed the removal of the old roofing they moved right onto the installation of the new roofing and underlayments, etc. The clean up was as good as if I had done it myself. They were professional in every sense of the word. At one point, the crew stopped and the job foreman went over the work to ensure no issues with the workmanship. Excellent job!

We called for an estimate and Lenny met with us a few days later. He provided roofing samples, a work plan and an estimate. We signed the contract and work was scheduled for approximately three weeks later. The work began on time and was completed in one day. A few minor issues (an outdoor lamp globe was accidently broken) were resolved quickly. The contractor cleaned up all debris and we were very satisfied with the work.

Initially called for quote on 7/4/13. Quote was done on 7/9/13. Became ill and so was not able to respond until mid august. Rep returned after missing a previous date. Said that the initial quote of $1624.00 was no longer valid because it was not within 30 days of quoting and inasmuch as it fell below their $3000.00 minimum there would be a $500.00 premium. Note that there was no date response required noted on their estimate sheet (I have the paperwork) for complying and a cost minimum was never mentioned. I refused the service under their terms.

Roofing contractor employees worked right through to the end of the job, even with temperature approaching 100 degree that week.. Area was cleaned and debris removed. Work appeared to be high quality. A second crew replaced the fascia boards and re-supported soffit. Gutters were replaced by a different contractor.

When called for an estimate, All County responded quickly and obviously valued my business throughout the estimate process. All of the options for roofing, siding, and the details of the job (pros and cons of leaving the old siding underneath, etc.) were covered in great detail as we went through the estimate process. The roof work started on-time and their crews were fast, efficient, and well-equipped. They were done well before eight hours and left the job clean enough (more work was to follow from the siding crew). The only snafu of the whole experience was from the carting company. For the next phase (siding) we needed to have another dumpster delivered, and the previous one for the roofing materials had been left by the carting company in a difficult to access location (by the driver's choice) which required the street in front of the driveway to be vacant of parked vehicles. All County contacted me to solve the problem, assuming that I could force people parked on a public road to move their vehicles. After some level-setting, I was able to convince them to have the carting company deposit the siding container in another location and to have them come back at a later date when the street was clear to retrieve the roofing one. It all worked out, but I wasn't expecting to be put in the center of a logistics issue-- not for the money I had agreed to pay. The siding/flashing crew came and had to work around some days of on and off downpours, but they did a fantastic job (you could set your watch by the precision of their install) and took the extra time to make each flashing fit every window, door, and corner perfectly. Despite the challenges of the weather, they finished within the estimated time and left the property looking great. The gutter crew showed up a day or so later and within 45 minutes had the new gutters and downspouts finished. Again, fast, professional, and obviously experienced-- Great work, looks flawless. Overall, my experience with All County was terrific and though they seemed maybe 10-15% more than some others for the total work done, the results are awesome. A worthwhile, whole-house makeover from one great company. I'll reach out to them for other projects for sure.
