Description of Work: Called to get an insurance estimate on an ice dam after our first contractor refused to return my calls. They knew this was the response I had gotten earlier and that I had to start all over with an estimate. They immediately came out and gave me an estimate. His response then was, "You have a chunk of money from the insurance company; it's up to you what you do with it." A direct quote. We told him what we wanted PDR to do (A-B-C) and he sent me a revised estimate of A-B-C-D. No, I said, I did not want them to to "D." I haven't heard from him since despite numerous phone calls and e-mails inquiring about a new estimate. Not a professional response.

This company was recomended by my insurance company. They sent three differnt contractors to my home - the quality of the work was so bad , I wish that I could give them less then an F. The first painter used flatt pait - the 2nd used eggshell (shiney paint ) so once the paint dried , you could see where they tried to re-paint all the mistakes that they did . Where they were suppose to replace the drywall , they just painted over , as I now have the ORIGINAL water marks show up. They were suppose to use a specific brand of paint - they tried to "match the color , instead of light gray , I have green who, when they are painting doesnt take off the light switch ? Especially after being told thre times I had to hire a plumber to fix the mess that they left in my toliet and they used my washing machine for their own use . They still have not come to put my furnature back where it belongs or remove the lock box from my door, I did finally sign off - just to get them out of my house . I now have to pay someone over 900.00 to have my wall re-painted

Someone returned my call asked for my insurance information. After they had obtained the estimate, someone else (Kathy) called me back and mostly tried to dissuade me from going forward with them. She made an appointment to come in for an estimate the next week. I waited for her all morning that day and she never showed. Utterly unprofessional!
Description of Work: I contacted them regarding water damage to my kitchen. I was referred to them by my insurance company.

They did a great job drying it up. My insurance company paid them. They came in and helped to put everything right, so they did a good job.
Description of Work: My insurance company sent Paul Davis Restoration. I had a water heater burst and they remediated the water problem inside the house.
