Description of Work: Brad & crew removed worn fiberglass deck and old Andersen sliding door and installed new replacements. Also removed and replaced the roof shingles, railing, siding, etc.

Description of Work: Remove water heater and vinyl flooring from utility room. Painted walls, replaced new vinyl flooring and new water heater. All 3 floor levels: Prepared walls for painting (spackel/tape) and painted entire house interior excluding closets, using 2 coats on ceiling and walls. Cleaned up and replaced furniture.

Description of Work: Brad and crew removed worn 2nd and 3rd floor wood decks and replaced with Timbertech with Azak trim. Brad redesigned deck stairway entrance to side of deck which was previously in back of deck which provided more walking room. New railings are maintenance free vinyl clad.

 + -1 more. It was a pleasure having Brad Lebbing (East Coast Construction) and his crew renovate our house. As we had very limited access to our home during the renovation, Brad made it a priority to oversee the care of our house. His trustworthiness and dependability was particular helpful during this period. He kept us informed about the progress and was very responsive to our questions. He had great ideas and suggestions and troubleshoots any problems. His meticulous attention to detail is apparent in the high quality of his work. The work was completed in a timely manner and all cleanup was superb.
Description of Work: Entire exterior of house; Removed all cedar siding and replaced with vinyl cedar panels. House wrapped with griprite. Installed vinyl covered soffits, Azak rake and corner boards. Installed scalloped decor. siding. Removed and replaced 5 Andersen sliding doors (3 of which were extra wide). Replace interior trim and painted as needed. Removed front deck, poured new footings and replaced with Timbertech deck with Azak wrap and vinyl coated railings. Replaced outdoor shower with vinyl siding and flooring to match deck. Installed 2 new high hi hat lights in front porch soffits. (Shored up fly rafter when soffits were demoed.) Installed a new Andersen storm door on deck and a new garage door.
