Overall, the gutters get cleaned. However, leaves are left all over when they blow them out of the gutter. Their professionalism and customer relations is terrible.  When you ask them a question on price or to please leave the property in the same condition, you apparently get logged as a "difficult" customer in their file. That is apparently what happened to me. I used this company 3 seasons, each time I promised myself I would to go to another service provider but was complacent. WHen I called to schedule an appt this season, I was mixed up with another customer and the dates given were not for my "territory". After 20 minutes or so trying to confirm a date, is when it dawned on them that I lived somewhere else, and I needed to go through the process, wasting more time..... I also inquired about a possible pricing mixup, and that is when I was told that I was logged as a "difficult" customer. The irony is that I was the one spoken to in an antogonistic, beligerant manner and hung up on which was complete bewildermant when I barely spoke.  I heard of other customers going through a similar experience.
Gutter clearners are easy to find, and I would recommend passing this one by.....

I contacted the vendor to remove gutter guards. In the process of removing gutter guards he took of some shingles. I called Brett and he said that he would come back and take care of it. A few days later I come home to find a $250 bill in my mail box. I immediately called, and he got on the phone and advised that was for the work he did. He said he would take care of it, maybe that was a misunderstanding, but then he never confirmed a price before he did the work. Several months have past, and I called them back to see if I could get a repair. They most have not made the connection even though I gave my name and address. He never made the appointment. When I called his wife said he drove by and since we had a problem a few months back he would not be doing the work on the house. I said that was fine, however, it would have been nice to let me know. I can understand that Brett is upset from several months ago, however, that was his inability to communicate and properly set expectations. He is being a bit short sighted by not accepting my "offer" to work again especially since I was going to be home this time. That is fine, I called someone else. It would have been nice though to have received a bit better communication.

I was told by another gutter company (the one with the little orange trucks) that my four year old gutters needed to be totally replaced. Brett from Your Local Gutter Cleaner came to give me a second price. He said my gutters were fine, that they just needed to be cleaned and one needed to be pitched a little better. He saved me about $2000. I can't believe the other company told me I needed to replace them all. What lying thieves!!! Brett was on time, neat, honest, polite and saved me a lot of money. THANK YOU Brett and Sandy!!! I have recommended them to all my neighbors.

He did a very good job. Came on time and left the place clean.
