they promised material and labor 30 year warranty but never submitted it to GAF so now I have no recourse and roof is leaking. GAF doesnt know about the job and will not honor any warranty. THis job was done in 2004 and RJW tells me they are no longer licensed in NY so I am out of luck. The warranty they promised was worthless.

RJW is one of the better roofing contractors in the northern NJ area and I'm glad that I went with them even though there were other options. The sales person and project manager were really good. The team that showed up to do the work did a really good job. The price for the work and materials was reasonable. I'd hire them again.

The salesperson was very thorough and friendly. The company kept us informed about our order. Once the shingles were available the job was done quickly. The team did a great job. Cleanup was beautiful. Our neighbors were impressed. From day 1 until the job was done RJW was wonderful.

This is a great company. I needed a new roof due to damage caused by a solar panel company. They weren’t the cheapest but after weighing all the options felt they were the right choice. Given the knowledge of the sales representative and the quality of the product being installed, it was a no brainer to go with RJW Exteriors. On install day, they took care in making sure the dumpster was placed on wooden blocks so as not to damage my driveway. A very nice touch. They went out on the property with a magnetic broom to insure no nails were left behind. They even swept out the attic. In general they did a great cleaning up after themselves And the new roof looks great. Couldn’t be happier with how it looks.

They are a great company with great service. Only thing that I wasn't too happy about is that number of plywood needed were far too high and was 15% added cost. I suppose that's hard to say until you rip out existing shingles. Anyway they did not fail in quality and service reason I gave'em an A rating.

I was extremely pleased with RJW Exteriors. Every detail of the job was clearly explained to me. Each window was measured twice by two different employees to avoid any errors. The estimate was presented and explained to me. The total price was all inclusive. There were no hidden fees or extra costs added nor was there any pressure to make an immediate decision. I would definitely recommend RJW Exteriors for the quality of their work and the professionalism of their employees.

Very well. After getting three quotes from other roofers, I chose RJW. At the last minute, the sales person could not come out to close the deal, so the owner came! As would be expected (and is appreciated), he was very thorough. Their service is very organized and I was kept looped in on every phase of work. They also know their "lane": I needed help with damaged siding that abuts the roof, but they could not help with that. I had hope they could refer, but they did not. I guess it is just as well: they were hired for the roof and a new roof is what I got!

Work was smooth, problem free, and was ahead of schedule throughout the three day process. Cleanup was perfect. Credit was given off the contract price for unused materials.

RJW did a great job on our house. We had several estimates. Theirs was very professional. Robert, the owner, explained in detail the work to be done and answered all our questions and concerns. They showed up on time every morning and cleaned up at the end of each day. Ed, the project manager, repeatedly stopped in to monitor the project. They returned our calls promptly and worked to make sure all our requirements were met. We are very happy with the result. We would highly recommend them.

The RJW crew did a great job. First, the owner explained all the steps in replacing a roof, giving us the options and details of the products they used. Then they provided a detailed estimate listing the actual products to be used and the extra tasks to be included. It was not just a "replace you roof and clean up" estimate. We also appreciated the detailed references he included so we could do some local drive byes to see their work. The few days before the job the foreman stopped by to look over the job, double check the skylight and bathroom vent measurements and let us know what items they would move off the deck and porch. The crew arrived on time, worked hard all day and let us know they would be returning in the morning to complete the job. They only had a few things to finish up but they did not want to rush to complete the job in one day. They completely cleaned up the yard before they left, even knowing they would be back in the morning. After they completed the job they again cleaned up the yard and said they would return to do one more final sweep of the property once the dumpster was removed. We are pleased to say we have not found one scrap of roofing material or stray nail anywhere. Throughout the project the foreman and owner repeatedly stopped in to monitor the project and ask if we had any questions or concerns. It was a pleasure dealing with the entire crew.

Excellent work, promptly and professionally done. I used their services on another project about ten years ago, with the same degree of satisfaction.
