R&R Lawn Maintenance

It started in the summer/fall. They didn't show up for almost 4 weeks to cut the grass. I called many times and did not get a response for days. I never got an address to send the invoice for another month. Very unprofessional, but do decent work and have a good price once you get them there., so I decided to give them a shot on the plowing. First time we had like 2-3 inches and they showed up at 9 pm to plow after we removed the snow, did 1 pass and cleared minimal snow from the edge of the driveway and charged full price. I am new to getting plowing done so I thought maybe it was normal and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then this past storm we got a foot of snow and cannot move it ourselves. I called and left a message with no response. Then I called again and the guy picked up. I said the guy drove by and left without doing the driveway. He said let me call him. The guy never called me back and no one ever showed up. So this morning I woke up to a frozen driveway and my 80 year old father trying to snow blow the ice bc they never plowed, so he can go out and to an Old Guard meeting. I tried to call him twice the second time he just hung up on me so I texted him to cancel the contract. These are the MOST unprofessional people I have ever dealt with, and they do not care about their customers, you are just a number to them. They hurt us at the worst time, when we cannot do it ourselves. You get what you pay for. So if you want an unprofessional, unpunctual, non responsive, company, then these are your guys.
