The project we very smooth. The workers showed up nwhen they said thay would, everything they said they would do, they did (and then some).
Description of Work: Our water heater in the basement leaked and flooded the entire finished basement. We call Renee at Rainbow Restoration. She was there the next morning. They cam in removed the carpet, cut off about 24" inches of sheet rock and dried out the basement. All this was complete less than 1 week from when we made the initial phone call. They were so fast and responsive, there was NO mold. It did not have time to grow! Renee was VERY professional, friendly and really help up get through this difficult time. Her crews were all neat, clean, polite are respective.....and did an outstanding job!
