Awesome... repairs were thoroughly explained and promptly completed. Communication is at the next level, your appointment is scheduled then your emailed and texted when your tech is going to arrive. Techs are very courteous and protect your property from being soiled. Overall... just a great company to rely on.

I've used GB comfort twice so far and both were quite urgent. The first time was for furnace heating a while back, and this time was to replace my water heater. Kevin was able to come out as soon as he and his crew could. His quote was reasonable and up front, which I appreciate. The town did not pass the water heater inspection in the first place, however Kevin on the phone was patient and scheduled another technician to install what was asked by the town and the inspection was approved! I really appreciate that they keep their words and their professionalism.

They helped us when we had a new furnace installed in November and the other installer voided our warranty on a new furnace. Not only did they come out in the snow but refused to charge us a dime until our furnace was fixed. They stayed on the phone with the manufacturer until everything was completed. They were on time and over the course of the weekend kept us updated as to the status of the part needed to fix the furnace. These are my new heating guys and I look forward to my next service call. Fully licensed and insured which is a huge thing for me. Trustworthy and reliable. I am forever grateful because if the other jerks had not been so terrible I would have never found them. They deserve every single star and then some. Thank you guys so much!!

Kevin is the most prompt, upfront, and reasonable HVAC contractor I have ever dealt with. He came out to work on a Saturday when there are many no heat calls in the frigid weather. I highly recommend his services and will be using him in the future.

They came out in less than 24 hours! He cleared his schedule for my urgent request. I also had a problem in the bathroom and he fixed everything efficiently, clean and professional. It went fairly well! Went quick and I have no complaints.

Have you ever had a emergency situation with your heating and knew if it was not fixed in the immediate future that your pipes would burst or worst? Ever have that gut wrenching feeling of being so desperate that you needed anyone just to come immediately and fix it? And finally, have you ever been in that spot where no matter what price they gave you were going to say yes? Well GREAT!!!! Call KEVIN!!!!!! Kevin will always answer his phone, commit to a time frame and be there when he says he will and will not take advantage of you being vulnerable. He is extremely professional, polite and is "very fair" with his pricing. The property I utilized his services for is two hours from where I live. He could of easily have overcharged me and did not. His honesty is also something that I greatly appreciated when talking about some other issues I have with my heating system. I would never call anyone but Kevin again.
