The truck arrived within the time slot they gave me, the tech was quick and offered good suggestions for the future.

We experienced a problem with the plumbing in our home. A plumber said the problem appeared to be that the septic needed pumping. We called Accurate Waste systems late in the afternoon and they sent someone to pump the tank the next morning at 7:30 AM. They did a nice job, were very courteous and professional. We would use them again the next time. We got into this situation because our last contractor told us we would not need the tank pumped for 2 years. It had only been 15 months. We were pleased with the service and the price. The lady we spoke with in the office was very kind and helpful too.

I called and scheduled a septic pumping. I was a little disappointed that it would take them just short of a week to get to me but it wasn't an emergency.
The window was from 7-12Noon. They called at 11:30 to tell me they were running lat eand would be here by 12:30. Not ideal but I had already waited the morning so I wasn't rescheduling at that point.
When the driver arrived, he dug both my tank and diverter box holes for me. I had photos from the last pump so I knew exactly where they were.
He did what he was supposed to do, was pleasant and even though he was late, he did keep me informed.

I had uncovered the tank before they arrived so all that was required was to lift the lid off as most companies charge extrato locate the tank and dig down to the lid.Everything went well. The only hitch was that I live in a neighborhood with very small streets.They attempted to arrive at the scheduled time with a tri-axle truck that wouldn't fit down the street.They returned later that day with a smaller truck.
