If I could give the zero stars I would. I had no idea who these ppl were. I hired Vintage Van Lines in Miami Lakes, Fl on 7/17 to move my family to GA. On 8/14 some guys manes Ash from United Pro Moving, LLC calls and says his 20 mins away to pick up our stuff. I called the Ray Alexander with Vintage Van Liness (the original company I hired) and he refused to answer or respond. United had the order number and I felt I was left with no other options as I had already paid about $1400 and had no time to make other arrangements. The original price went from $3500 to $6030 and I paid an additional $1953 on 8/14. I was told my stuff would be delivered on 8/25 and that day came and went. I called United and was told they has 30 days to deliver my stuff. I would never had agreed to that but the now had my stuff. 9/24 I called the Paraipany Police Dept to see if the could locate my items (that’s where my stuff was supposedly stored). I was informed that address was a UPS store. Shortly after that call, I received a call from someone named Maximus who told me he was 3 hrs out with my delivery. 4 hrs later, he showed up and told me I had to pay another $1911 abs they would only take cash, money or Zelle. He called someone else and they gave him the 888 number for the company and said this is the number to send my Zelle payment too. As soon as I hit send, he said they did not have a Zelle acct on that number and do send it to an email address. At this point my money is held up, they refused to take my stuff off the truck and I was stuck. I reversed the payment, sent it to the email address and finally got my stuff. They are thrives and should not be trusted. As of today, the original company nor United will respond to me so I will be pursuing legal action. Do not use or trust them ever.
