Badly ROUGH HANDLING OF FAMILY DOG during appointments on several occasions: dragging the dog across the floor by the neck, diving on top of dog on the floor and tackling her to capture her in order to put her up on the scale—simply lifting the dog up would have worked better. We brought this rough behavior to the attention of staff but the doctor is either oblivious to what’s going on while she’s out of the room or she’s just indifferent. Office manager Nancy, who was NEVER present to witness any of it, made no attempt to keep us as customers. She explained away the rough handling as typical clinical handling of other people’s pets—well they won’t be doing any more typical clinical handling of MY PET!!!!!! When this all came to a head, Dr Dulude did ZERO to understand the problem or to resolve it. (The problem being one particular staff member who we have seen manhandle our dog several times) They act like they are doing us a favor by taking the $$$ thousands of dollars in cash that we have spent there over many years with several dogs. When we asked to schedule a different day when two other staff members, who have always handled the dog with care might be present, we learned they both just quit, leaving only the rough staff member to handle all the appointments. Am I the only one who sees a downward spiral here? I’m getting out NOW before my dog is injured during an appointment!

Dr. Dulude and her team at the Parsippany Animal Hospital are wonderful. They make both us and our dog feel like a human patient! It's clear that Dr. Dulude not only loves animals, but that she has real expertise in her field. I am so happy to have found her!

I love it. She is taking care of all my vets. At one point, I had three dogs and three cats. She took care of all of them and she is great. The staff is excellent. Her tech is good and her receptionist is good. They keep track of all the shots and they notify when I need new shots. It would cost $300 for an average shot.

My husband dealt with Parsippany Animal Hospital and he said that they were very friendly and very accommodating. They were very helpful and they have called us twice to check up on him. The dog got shots and she was nurtured and all. I would definitely use them again.

Her prices are great and do not gouge you. They are always prompt with calling you back if you have a question. They really show that they care about the animal.
