I found a beautiful design for etched glass on the internet that would be just right for the front door of my Victorian house. The original beveled glass has been cracked since before we moved in -- some eighteen years ago. The image we submitted to Linda & Ed was just a photo of an installation and did not translate well into a scanned image. Ed was able to reproduce the design himself with a couple of attempts, probably using the scanned image as a starting point. It took some weeks to complete the project so I would recommend getting a clear understanding up front regarding time. Still, they were persistent, gracious and honest. Also, they provided tips (and some useful shims) for installation which were quite helpful.
