Overcharged me for a visit that never occurred on a day when I was home all day and outdoors with other workers, and when I objected they insisted I pay and then decided they did not want my business So apparently if they charge you for something they did not do, they expect you to sheepishly pay for it anyway. How does anyone expect to remain in business with this attitude?
