Michael lived up to everything his references said, and more! His work is top notch, no short-cuts. He did everything he stated he would do in the contract. He did it all in a very timely manner & for a very fair price. He listened to what we were asking for and gave us honest opinions on what would work & what would not. He responded promptly to any questions we had or information we needed. He worked with us through the entire re-building process & was patient while we picked every tile, fixture, knob, paint color, etc. His subs were also top notch & did quality work. Every one of them cleaned up after every phase of construction, both inside the house & out. Lastly, to maximize the space in a small beach house, he did custom built-ins for us that are absolutely beautiful! If we could dream it, he could build it. Michael is a rare find. He is organized, honest & talented. Not just a contractor, but a true craftsman. We would recommend him to family & friends & hire him again.
