These guys are terrific! On Labor Day a wire friend on the pressure switch to our well. That means no water. We called them, and even though they're 40 minutes away, they came right over and fixed it for a very reasonable price. A completely satisfied customer!

Of course my pump failed on a Sunday afternoon. I called North Jersey Pump and received a return call that night. They were here first thing Monday morning and were somehow able to rewire the pump so I had water, but a replacement was inevitable. They had to remove a part of my brick walkway and deck stairs so they could dig (by shovel) to locate the well 4 or 5 feet underground. They were careful to limit their work area and thankfully did not have to disturb the Belgian block or driveway. The pump and an indoor tank was replaced 2 days later after bad weather passed. I was frequently updated during the day with their progress. I am so glad my equipment is updated. The well head is above ground now and the new tank in my basement is a much more efficient set up. Thanks, guys, for getting us up and running again!

Rick came out. He checked all the components. Found that fuse had blown. Replaced and pump was working. However, he noted that control box was installed 1989 -- and had issues. Recommended replacement --- which I approved. He was very knowledgable. I would highly recommen this company.

Perfectly. Ted came promptly to provide a quote and describe exactly what would be done. Responded quickly when I had additional questions. The office staff was great, too. Informative and responsive. He and his very polite team came on time, did a professional job, and cleaned up fully on completion. Ted showed me the pump, pipe, wiring, and cap assembly before he installed it. Very clean job. Gave a good assessment of the state of the well. Spent the time afterwards to make sure everything worked perfectly. Great team. Great experience. I highly recommend them.

I was told I would be called in the AM. Did not receive a call, so I called them and the woman forwarded my call. The gentleman stated he had had a medical emergency in the morning. Three men arrived in the afternoon and worked ceaselessly until the well was repaired.... even through a rainstorm. They were professional, hard working and cleaned up the yard well. I am very satisfied with the result and would definitely hire them again if necessary.

They were okay. Their service was good except that they came out and repaired the well one day, but then as they were leaving, their repair truck took a large branch off of one of my wife’s favorite fruit tree. That sort of left a sour taste in our mouth. Other than that they were fine. They didn't stop at all. They kept driving and going.

I can't speak any higher about  the service provided.  I called, and within 35mins there was somebody at my house.
This wasn't an emergency call.  Our water pressure was slowly cycling on and off, pressure gauge was no longer any good, and the water tank although working, was at the end of it's life.  This repair could have been very expensive, but I was amazed at how I wasn't up-sold to more expensive solution.  Ended up paying $150 - an absolute bargain!  All told, the job took 50 min plus 70 min round trip to get here, plus parts!  Way to go! 
Great to find a company that is experienced, has good old fashioned integrity and values its customer base.   
Got sold what we needed and a job very well done.  Perfect.  Perfect.  Perfect.

When I called North Jersey Pump last week my well had stopped working.  To make things even worse, my well head is buried underground.  Ted from North Jersey arrived on-time and was extremely professional.  He replaced my control box which is very reasonable in cost, when I was thinking I might be in for a new well pump and thousands of dollars in cost.  After the repair, Ted went the extra distance, by tracking and locating my well head. He then went across the street to my business and evaluated and provided an estimate for another well and pump system that is in need of repair.  I will be hiring North Jersey Pump for all my future repairs.  Reliable, professional, and honest.

North Jersey Pump has been my well and pump company since 1972. They are very responsive whenever the pump fails and always restored my water quickly. This time the well had been pumping much slower lately.  As a test, they bypassed the old galvanized pipe into the basement with a garden hose directly to the water tank and it showed that the pipe was corroded and restricting the flow rate. I will be replacing the pipe to prevent complete loss of water in the future and undue strain on my pump. This was all done in less than an hour and I am relieved that my well is OK and it is just the pipe.

Our aging well pump broke during my morning shower; very inconvenient. My husband called North Jersey Pump Co. They came right away, assessed the situation and recommended we change from a jet pump to a submersible pump system. They have the needed equipment in stock and are able to remedy a 'no water' situation same day.
They are professional and courteous and the job invoice contains all necessary details in case of future needs or questions. The job included warrantees on parts, labor and the pump itself.
I am very pleased with their service and responsiveness and recommend them to anyone in a situation where time is of the essence, you need the job done right and done right now.

I HAD NO WATER SAT. NIGHT AND STARTED TO CALL AROUND TO DIFFERENT COMPAINES IN THE PHONE BOOK NONE WANTED TO COME OUT THAT NIGHT EXCEPT NORTH JERSEY PUMP.  HE ARRIVED AND IT WAS DARK HE CHECKED OVER THE SYSTEM AND THEN TOLD ME WHAT WAS WRONG.  HE EXPLAINED WHY HE WAS REPLACING CERTAIN ITEMS AND GAVE ME THE CHANGE TO DECIDED WHAT I COULD UPGRADE TO IMPROVE THE ORIGINAL SYSTEM BUT WAS NOT NECESSARY TO GET ME BACK INTO WATER; BUT TO GIVE ME A BETTER WORKING SYSTEM THEN WHAT I HAD NOW.  I THOUGHT THIS WAS GREAT THAT I WAS TOLD WHAT I NEEDED AND GIVEN OTHER CHOICES THAT WOULD UPGRADE THE SYSTEM WHILE HE HAD THE OLD SYSTEM TAKEN APART SO THAT IT WOULD HAVE A BETTER AND LONGER LIFE ONCE REPAIRED.  IT IS REFRESHING TO HAVE A CONTRACTOR EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THAT IS GOING ON AND WHY CERTAINS THINGS SHOULD BE DONE OVER OVERS.  AND MOST OF ALL I COULD MAKE INFORMED DECISION AS TO HOW MY MONEY IS BEING SPENT RATHER THEN GET HIT WITH A HUGE BILL AT THE END THAT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY DID OR WHY.  THESE GUYS WERE JUST GREAT! POLITE, AND BUSTED THEIR HUMPS ON SUNDAY WHEN THEY CAME BACK IN THAT 100 DEGREE TEMPETURE.  I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT HAS A WELL; A SEPTIC SYSTEM; SUMP PUMPS.  THIS COMPANY DOES ALL TYPES OF COLD WATER PUMPING SYSTEMS EXCEPT SWIMMING POOLS.

This really is a great company to work with. Woke up one morning to no water in the house and they came as soon as possible to correct the issue. Gave us an estimate based on the different factor that could have gone wrong and came in at that price. Basically they were there when they said they would be there, worked diligently to correct our issue, and on top of that fixed a difficult leak that spring up in a tight crawlspace.

I had very little water pressure in my house.  My plumber told me it was a problem with the well.  I called NJ Pump, and they came by and told me that it would cost between $400 and $1,700, depending on the severity of the problem.  The guy (I forget his name, but he was awesome) invited me outside to see what he was doing.  Fortunately, it was a simple and quick fix, and only cost me $275.  how often does a service provider come under the low end of their guesstimate?  I was pleasantly surprised, and now I have great water pressure.

We had a close lightining strike that took out a lot of electrical deiveces in our home.  North jersey pump came out quickly and replaced the damaged items and helped us to deal with the insurance company.  These guys are pros and they were a pleasure to deal with.
