We have had Bill (William Moore) help for garden/lawn maintenance and snow plowing for years. Prior to that, we had several providers over the 16 years we have lived here. Bill is a kind, warm man who has been able to guide us to maintain our property for projects small and large. He provides our weekly lawn maintenance and winter plowing. He also did a major drainage remediation next to our driveway. His prices have always been reasonable and has offered affordable options for lawn care and maintenance. It is nice to have someone who offers suggestions for improvements and maintenance in a no-pressure manner. Some projects we have deferred and never acted on. Others, we have taken whole-heartedly. Regardless, we have been happy with the results and he is happy to offer suggestions whether or not we decide to take them up or not. The drainage problem required revision and he promptly reviewed the drainage and made the necessary changes. This problem was unavoidable. His response reinforced our pleasure with his service.
