The overall experience was great. He was prompt, he was friendly and he fixed the unit with no problem. It was a minor problem, but I'll take that every time. I highly recommend him based on my experience.

From start to finish, this experience, like all others with Kand M has been terrific. Within two weeks of calling, I had an appointment with Mark Smith. He arrived for the appointment prompt as usual, did the maintenance work describing to me what would be done, and was finished in about 30 minutes. As noted, we are looking to finish our basement, and Mark was even kind enough to offer his advice on what should be done to maintain the effectiveness of the unti during the transition and keeping it strong for years to come. Mark is a complete professional and incredibly knowledgeable in HVAC. Furthermore, he doesn't try and "sell" you on services or products you don't need. It's been a true pleasure working with Mark, and I can't recommend his work and his company enough.

Great service from beginning to end - our outdoor A/C compressor did not come on when we tried to use the A/C for the first time this year. I called Kand M and they advised that someone could come at 6pm, and they also advised me up front that this was an "after hours" rate. When my schedule changed so that I could be home a little earlier, I called at 4 and advised them I would be home. Mark arrived at 5:15 and went right to work, explaining what he was doing the entire time. After he got our A/C running (which took maybe 20-30 minutes), he cleaned the unit and then went with my husband to the basement to look at the furnace, and gave us some additional maintenance tips. He was extremely pleasant and professional and I was extremely happy with Kand M's service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Mark is great. Every other estimate I got for A/C was strictly replacement -- they barely even looked at the unit. Mark immediately tried to see if there was a problem that would allow the unit to be repaired, which would have saved me about half. Although he was unable to repair, he was the only one to take the time to actually take apart the old unit and at least look at it. Also, during the course of his installation, he discovered the reason why the circuit board for the furnace kept blowing out (PSEand G had replaced it twice under our service contract). It was due to a leak, which Mark fixed while installing the A/C.

Mark is very knowledgeable, thorough and his prices are competitive. He offered me a choice of 5 or 6 A/C manufacturers, rather than the 1 or 2 every other contractor offered. I would highly recommend Mark for any and all HVACR needs.

Excellent. Called in morning and had an appointment that day. Was exactly on time, fixed problems quickly and accurately.

I called in the morning - he showed up exactly on time that same afternoon. Assured me units really do not require expensive servicing on any regular basis and that unit was probably good for another 10 years, did a thorough check cleaned condenser coil, topped of freon that was slightly slow suggested it was likely a very slow leak and that I would not likely need servicing again anytime soon.
