"Thank you [Member's name removed] for the kind words. It was an absolute pleasure doing business for you and [Member's name removed]. As always if you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you James Wood"
I would absolutely use Wood's Electric again probably this summer to replace our AC system.
"Thank you [member name removed] we greatly appreciate your business and wonderful review. Thank you and we hope to be able to do business with you again in the future!"
the start, Jimmy had come out to assess our damage since our Furnace and AC
unit was flooded due to Hurricane Sandy. At a time where no contractors would
call you back and furnaces were scarce, Jimmy was able to put our minds at ease
that he would get us back up and running in no time. He answered all our
questions and was very patient all throughout the process. We were able to get
a new furnace and have it installed within a few days. It was extremely important
to us since we have 2 babies in the home. Jimmy also was faced with many
obstacles since we were changing our old outdated furnace to a high efficiency
one. He was able to re-route all of our ductwork without making a mess and also
moved our central AC unit to higher grounds incase we have any future floods. I
would definitely recommend this company and use him again. Oh I almost forgot
to mention that one night shortly after the storm we were hit with a Nor’easter.
Our new furnace was not working and we called Jimmy 8:00 at night. He trekked
all the way to our home in that terrible weather just to make sure he can get
us our heat back up and running. It turned out it was the electrician who
shorted something that caused the furnace not to work. We were so thankful that
Jimmy came since our kids were fast asleep already. To me that is pure
dedication.
"Thank you so much for the kind words. I appreciate your business and the review. Please do not hesitate to contact me in the future for any and all of your heating and cooling needs. We now offer electrical services as well as install and service generators. Thanks again!"
